INJURY ACCIDENT AT RIG
O QUE ACONTECEU:
WHAT HAPPENED:
No momento da desequipagem dos mergulhadores no prtico, um deles foi atingido nos olhos por
gotculas de gua contaminada com desengraxante, proveniente de dreno do piso superior onde
estava sendo realizada a limpeza do piso, provocando irritao.
When unfitting the divers in the portico, one of them was hit in the eye by droplets of water contaminated with
degreaser from the drain of the top floor where was being held the cleaning of the floor, causing irritation.

Embora o dreno do piso superior

no seja alinhado verticalmente com
o prtico, as condies de vento
favoreceram ao deslocamento das
gotculas para a rea de mergulho.

O QUE DEVEMOS FAZER PARA EVITAR:

WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO AVOID:

Incluir as atividades de limpeza de convs na pauta de reunies de simultaneidade da Plataforma,

impedindo que sejam realizadas quando houver risco de queda de produtos de limpeza sobre a
rea de mergulho quando esta atividade estiver sendo executada.
Include the deck cleaning activities on the item of meetings of the rig simultaneity, avoiding them to be
performed when there is risk of cleaning product dropping on the diving area when this activity is being
carried out.
