1. Configuração do Acrobat Reader

Caso a validação do Selo de Certificação seja desconhecida, deverá executar as acções

abaixo descriminadas:

Para que o Acrobat Reader, reconheça a Autoridade de Certificação, deverá executar as

seguintes operações:

1.1 Na Versão 6.0

• No menu Edit, seleccione a opção Preferences;

• Na caixa escolha a opção Digital Signatures;

• Clique em Advanced Preferences;

• Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences active as seguintes opções:

o Enable importing of identities from the Windows Certificate Store into Acrobat

trusted Identities list;

o Validating Signatures;

o Validating Certified Documents;

• Clique em OK para confirmar.

1.2 Na Versão 7.0 e 8.0

• No menu Edit, seleccione a opção Preferences;

• Na caixa da esquerda deverá escolher a opção Security;

• Clique em Advanced Preferences;

• Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences seleccione o separador

Verification

• Desactive, caso esteja activa, a opção Require that Certificate revocation checking

be done whenever possible when verifying signatures;

• Active a opção The time at which the signature was created;

• Seleccione o separador Windows Integration e active as opções:

o Enable import and use of identities from the Windows Certificate Store;

o Validating Signatures ;

o Validating Certified Documents ;

• Clique em OK para confirmar;

Nota: Poderá ser necessário reiniciar o computador para que o Acrobat Reader reconheça as

assinaturas digitais.

1.3 Na Versão 9.0

• No menu Edit, seleccione a opção Preferences;

• Na caixa da esquerda deverá escolher a opção Security;

• Active a opção Verify signature when the document is open

• Clique em Advanced Preferences;

• Na caixa Digital Signature Advanced Preferences seleccione o separador

Verification

• Desactive, caso esteja activa, a opção Require that Certificate revocation checking

to succeed whenever possible during signatures verification;

• Active a opção The time at which the signature was created;

• Seleccione o separador Windows Integration e active as opções:

o Enable searching the Windows Certificate Store for certicates other than your;

Trust ALL root certificates in Windows Certificate Store for the following

operation:

o Validating Signatures ;

o Validating Certified Documents ;

• Clique em OK para confirmar;

Nota: Poderá ser necessário reiniciar o computador para que o Acrobat Reader reconheça as

assinaturas digitais.

2. Validação de Assinatura

Caso o Selo de Certificação se mantenha desconhecido, será necessário executar os

seguintes passos:

• Coloque o cursor sobre a Assinatura Digital;

• Pressione o botão direito do rato;

• Seleccione a opção Validate Signature;

• Clique OK para confirmar.
