FATO RELEVANTE

WIZ SOLUÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3:WIZS3) (“Companhia” ou “Wiz”), nos termos
da Lei nº 6.404, de 15 de dezembro de 1976, conforme alterada, e da Instrução CVM nº 358, de 03
de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada, vem informar que, nesta data, a Inter Digital Corretora e
Consultoria de Seguros Ltda. (“Inter Seguros”), sociedade da qual a Wiz é titular de ações ordinárias
representativas de 40% (quarenta por cento) do capital social total e votante, Banco Inter S.A. e a
Sompo Seguros S.A. (“Sompo Seguros”), celebraram uma parceria comercial, com duração inicial de
15 (quinze) anos (“Parceria Comercial”).

Pela Parceira Comercial, a Inter Seguros poderá oferecer no aplicativo do Banco Inter S.A., seguros
habitacionais no ramo do Sistema Financeiro da Habitação (“SFH”), para cobertura de morte ou
invalidez permanente (“MIP”) e para danos físicos ao imóvel (“DFI”).

Pela Parceria Comercial, a Sompo Seguros pagará à Inter Seguros os valores de (i) R$ 12.000.000,00
(doze milhões de reais) à vista; e (ii) R$ 152.500.000,00 (cento e cinquenta e dois milhões e
quinhentos mil reais), ao longo da duração do Contrato, podendo ser superior em caso de superação
do plano de negócios acordado.

A Sompo Seguros é uma empresa do Grupo Sompo Holdings, um dos maiores grupos seguradores
do Japão e do mundo. O Grupo Sompo Holdings tem sua origem no Japão, atua há mais de 130 anos
no mercado de seguros e hoje conta com subsidiárias nos cinco continentes.

A Wiz manterá seus acionistas e o mercado informados sobre eventuais desdobramentos

relacionados à matéria objeto desse fato relevante.

MATERIAL FACT

WIZ SOLUÇÕES E CORRETAGEM DE SEGUROS S.A. (B3:WIZS3) (“Company” or “WIZ”), pursuant to

the provisions of Law n. 6.404/76, of December 15th, 1976, and CVM Instruction n. 358, of January
3rd, 2002, as amended and currently in effect, comes to your shareholders and the market in general
to inform that the Inter Digital Corretora e Consultoria de Seguros Ltda. (“Inter Seguros”), company
in which Wiz holds common shares representing 40% (forty percent) of the total and voting capital,
Banco Inter S.A. and Sompo Seguros S.A., signed a Commercial Partnership Agreement, which has an
initial term of 15 (fifteen) years (“Commercial Partnership”).

After this Commercial Partnership, Inter Seguros will be able to offer products in Banco Inter’s app,
such as mortgage insurances for the Financial Housing System (“SFH”), covering death or permanent
disability (“MIP”) and property damages (“DFI”).

For this partnership, Sompo Seguros will pay Inter Seguros (i) R$ 12.000.000,00 (twelve million reais)
cash down; and (ii) at least R$ 152.500,000,00 (one hundred, fifty-two million and fifty hundred
thousand reais) along the agreement, depending on the success of the business plan.

Sompo Seguros S.A. is a member of the Sompo Holdings Group, which has its origins in Japan, and
has been in the insurance market for more than 130 years, being one of the largest insurers in the
world, set on the five continents.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed of any developments related to the
subject matter of this material fact.
