Art. 1 . O NCLEO DE EDUCAO CONTINUADA DO CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO DO INSTITUTO DE ENSINO, PESQUISA, EXTENSO E CULTURA, tem como misso desenvolver e gerenciar tecnologias, metodologias e solues especficas de ensino a distancia, sob a responsabilidade acadmica da escola CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO DO INSTITUTO DE ENSINO, PESQUISA, EXTENSO E CULTURA, e do instituto

2 O NCLEO deve construir parcerias que tornem transparentes nosso envolvimento com questes sociais como: convvio, defesa impositiva de direitos e acessibilidade de espaos para as pessoas portadoras de deficincias; bolsas de estudo na rea de propriedade intelectual e desenvolvimento educacional; bolsas de estudo e cursos gratuitos.

Art. 2 . Os professores do CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO CAEE/INESPEC, contratados para a educao especial devem estar em conformidade com o estabelecido na LDB, artigos 59, Inciso III, e 62, e com as diretrizes curriculares nacionais para a formao de docentes.

1 O CAEE/INESPEC em parceria com as SECRETARIAS DE EDUCAO ESPECIAL de diversos entes da federao, desenvolver formao profissional continuada de que trata o presente edital, atravs de cursos de atualizao, aperfeioamento e especializao.

2 Aos professores que j se encontram exercendo o magistrio, nessa modalidade de ensino, ou que atuaro junto a esses alunos, matriculados no CAEE/INESPEC, sero oferecidas oportunidades de formao continuada, inclusive no nvel de ps-graduao no mbito do INESPEC, utilizando o SISTEMA DA TELEVISO VIRTUAL INESPEC em parceria com a TELEVISO MUNDIAL TV WORLD, dos Estados Unidos da Amrica e da Irlanda do Norte.

A educao especial no CAEE/INESPEC, buscar mecanismos de cooperao com a educao para o trabalho, em parceria com organizaes governamentais e no governamentais, visando ao desenvolvimento de programas de qualificao profissional para alunos com necessidades especiais, promovendo sua insero no mercado de trabalho.

Art. 4 . A incluso da pessoa com necessidades especiais no mercado de trabalho ou sua incorporao ao sistema produtivo dever constar como parte integrante da poltica institucional e projeto pedaggico do CAEE/INESPEC, visando preparar o discente para o mercado de trabalho, emprego futuro. Art. 5 . Nos casos de deficincia grave ou severa o CAEE/INESPEC, atravs de seu corpo docente viabilizar a uniformizao do atendimento de forma que no exclua da instituio o cidado com necessidades especiais.

Art. 6 . O CAEE/INESPEC deve instituir banco de dados que rena informaes sobre a situao das pessoas com necessidades educacionais especiais e fomente pesquisas e estudos sobre o assunto junto

a sociedade civil e ao corpo docente da instituio.

Art. 7 . O Diretor do CAEE-INESPEC em processo especifico fixar o REGIMENTO DO PROGRAMA DE EDUCAO CONTINUADA no mbito do NCLEO DE EDUCAO CONTINUADA CAEE -INESPEC - este regimento deve estabelece as normas gerais e a organizao bsica do Programa de Educao Continuada da entidade e dever ser homologado pela Presidncia do INESPEC. Art. 8 . O Diretor do CAEE-INESPEC em processo especifico deve garantir que os cursos do NECCAEE-INESPEC se desenvolva de forma gratuita para os docentes pblicos, lotados em escolas municipais e estaduais.

Pargrafo nico. Requer-se ateno para as normas complementares de carter informativo a saber: 1 - O CAEE atravs do NEC deve desenvolver esforos para ser membro do OCWC (Open Course Ware Consortium), o consrcio de instituies de ensino de diversos pases que oferecem contedos e materiais didticos de graa pela internet. 2 - Para acessar os cursos gratuitos, no necessrio efetuar o login no site do CAEE-Online. Basta acessar a pgina Cursos Gratuitos-NEC-CAEE, onde esto listados todos os contedos oferecidos. 3 - No necessrio se cadastrar para acessar os cursos. No entanto, a declarao de concluso s poder ser disponibilizada aos cadastrados. 4 - Selecione o curso desejado, realize seu cadastro e, ao trmino do mesmo, com obteno de mdia igual ou superior a 7,0 no ps-teste, a declarao de concluso do curso estar disponvel para impresso. 5 - O sistema no armazena o perodo em que cada aluno realiza o curso. Como a declarao de concluso do curso gerada de forma automtica, no possvel incluir o perodo de realizao do curso. 6 - Os cursos gratuitos no possuem material didtico para impresso ou para download. 7 O curso inicia assim que o aluno conclui o cadastramento dos dados pessoais. 8 - Para os cursos Cincia e Tecnologia, tica Empresarial e Recursos Humanos, faa o procedimento abaixo: 9 - Toda vez que voc for acessar o curso, escolha a opo J sou cadastrado, digite seu CPF e seu email. Clique em menu no lado direito da tela e continue a leitura de onde voc parou. 10 Para os demais cursos (exceto Diversidade nas Organizaes e Quiz): 11 - Toda vez que voc for acessar o curso, escolha a opo J sou cadastrado, digite seu CPF e seu email. No lado esquerdo da tela, voc poder selecionar a unidade na qual voc parou. 12 - Os cursos Diversidade nas Organizaes e Filosofia no possuem ps teste. Todos os demais possuem. 13 no Para receber a declarao a mdia dever ser igual ou superior a 7.0. 14 - Todos os cursos possuem declarao a critrio do interessado e de acordo com as regras definidas procedimento especifico. 15 - Para corrigir o seu nome, solicite atualizao dos dados por e-mail no endereo rwi2012@live.com, informando o nome correto e o CPF. Aps a atualizao, ser necessrio retornar ao curso, refazer o ps teste e gerar uma nova declarao.

Art. 9 . O NEC do CAEE-INESPEC em processo especifico deve garantir o funcionamento permanente

dos cursos para a Educao Profissional Continuada que um programa oficial do CAEE-INESPEC2012-2018, que visa atualizar e aprimorar os conhecimentos dos profissionais do CAEE e dos educadores ligados a educao especial que queiram participar.

Pargrafo nico. O Programa deve ter regras especificas que garanta a sua continuidade no plano logstico e legal jurdico.

Art. 10 O CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO CAEE/INESPEC, poder expedir certificado e histrico escolar do estudante regularmente matriculado na EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA, porm no certificado e no histrico escolar dos alunos da educao profissional continuada, nos termos do que prev o presente edital, deve ter obrigatoriamente a mensagem EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA NOS TERMOS DA LEGISLAO FEDERAL EM VIGOR, citando a legislao pertinente de forma que no induza terceiros de boa f em erro jurdico. Art. 11 O CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO CAEE/INESPEC, promover em servio a requalificao e aperfeioamento de seu corpo docente, e a pedido poder expedir certificado e histrico escolar do professor estudante regularmente matriculado na EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA, porm no certificado e no histrico escolar nos termos do que prev o presente edital, deve ter obrigatoriamente a mensagem EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA NOS TERMOS DA LEGISLAO FEDERAL EM VIGOR, citando a legislao pertinente de forma que no induza terceiros de boa f em erro jurdico.

Art. 12 O CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO CAEE/INESPEC, promover EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA, e de acordo com a RESOLUO CEC N 390/2004 do CONSELHO ESTADUAL DE EDUCAO DO CEAR, no est obrigada a promover seu registro, credenciamento no rgo, devendo comunicar seus projetos para fins de acompanhamento. RESOLUO CEC N 390/2004 - Art. 2 As instituies no enquadradas no art. 1 desta Resoluo, podero apenas cadastrar-se junto a este Conselho de Educao. Pargrafo nico O cadastramento no contempla os direitos especficos do credenciamento.

Art. 13 O CENTRO DE ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO CAEE/INESPEC, aprova os termos da adeso INESPEC, com as universidades relacionadas no presente edital, com fins de garantir na REDE VIRTUAL INESPEC, 5040 Blogs e Sites o desenvolvimento do programa que promover a EDUCAO PROFISSIONAL CONTINUADA.

Art. 14 O material disponvel pode ser gratuitamente acessados, contedo digital, material de alta qualidade planejamento com e fins ferramentas educacional de para faculdades bem como e universidades. temtico. a) Estes materiais so organizados como cursos, e muitas vezes incluem materiais do curso de avaliao, contedo

b) Os membros do consrcio OCW em todo o mundo desenvolve a publicao em uma variedade de formatos, temas e linguagens.

c) Usando motor de pesquisa especializado, o CAEE indica cursos entre todos os membros do Consrcio OCW que esto atualmente a publicar um feed curso.

d) O aluno-CAEE-NEC pode comear usando o formulrio de busca rpida no lado esquerdo da pgina do site CAEE-NEC-EAD, e promover a Busca Avanada pelo Curso.

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the OpenCourseWare Consortium (OCWC) website and all content, services and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to, the OCW Main Site, OCWC Wiki, the OCW Toolkit and any OCWC Conference Sites (taken together, the "Website"). General Representation and Warranty. You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Website will be in strict accordance with the OCWC Privacy Policy, with this Agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of the Website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party. 14.
