Inspirado no tradicional encontro musical que cada ano se celebra em

Viena, volta a Portugal, o Grande Concerto de Ano Novo, aps o xito de
edies anteriores, com uma atrativa seleo das melhores valsas, polcas e
marchas de Strauss. A Original Johann Strauss Orchestra com ballet interpretam ttulos to conhecidos do msico austraco, como Napoleo, Festa
das Flores, Klipp Klapp, A Valsa do Imperador ou Champagne. No faltar a
valsa mais clebre de todas, o magnifico Danbio Azul, nem a marcha Radetzky que, ao compasso das palmas do pblico, fecha a noite habitualmente.
Inspired by the yearly traditional musical event in Vienna, the New Year
Concert returns to Portugal after the success of previous editions with a
beautiful selection of Strauss best waltzes, polkas and marches The Original Johann Strauss Orchestra and ballet will be interpreting widely known
themes by the Austrian composer, such as Napoleon March, Flower Festival,
Klipp Klapp, Emperor Waltz or Champagne. The most famous waltzes of all,
the Blue Danube, will certainly be played, as well as the Radetzky March
which, as usual, will be closing the concert while the audience claps along.

Andalus music, or al-la, was born in Spain (Crdoba) in the 9th century,
confirming the contact between Southern Spain, the Arab world and North
Africa. The group Media Luna has attained a symbiosis between al-la music
and flamenco, as the highest expression of Andalusian music, combining
new elements without losing the depth and spirituality of both cultures.

The exhibition will answer this question by showing its
multiple facets: the concept of millennial Mediterranean
cultural space and lifestyle, an intangible cultural heritage
passed on from generation to generation, and its social and
religious aspects, sacred foods and what they represent,
land and sea products which are the base of an excellent
diet, acknowledged by WHO World Health Organisation.

Trata-se de um espetculo de atmosfera intimista, que faz

um percurso pelas diferentes pocas e estilos de tango. Este
percurso histrico inclui obras dos primeiros tangos, milongas, valsecitos criollos e tango cnico de enorme espetacularidade. Nostlgico ou sensual, contestatrio ou rebelde, o
tango traspassou as fronteiras da Argentina e hoje bailado
em todo o mundo.
An intimist show travelling through the different periods and
styles of tango. This historical voyage includes works from
the first tangos, milongas, valsecitos criollos and a truly spectacular scenic tango. Nostalgic or sensual, non-conformist or
rebellious, tango transposed the borders of Argentina and is
now danced all over the world.
