Trata-se o presente parecer de (narre o fato de forma resumida).
Desenvolvimento Opinio fundamentada com base terica sobre erros e
acertos. a sua anlise do fato acima.

1. Aspectos textuais de questes discursivas e pareceres.


Esses textos necessitam de fundamentao terica. Ao citar n de leis,
decretos, portarias, ou seja, lei em sentido amplo, deve haver na primeira
meno o nome do ato normativo com a inicial maiscula.
Ex.:
A Lei n 8.429 de dia/ms/ano de publicao (sempre com 4 dgitos). Se no
souber cite: Lei 8.429 de 1992. A segunda meno, pode-se dizer a lei.
O ano s poder ser abreviado at o ao de 1999 (99) a
partir da dever sempre ser escrito os 4 dgitos. Em
redao deve-se sempre colocar o ano em 4 dgitos.
O termo n no obrigado vir no texto.
Leis, decretos, atos normativos e etc, se acompanhados
do nmero da lei fica com a primeira letra em maiscula, se
no estiver acompanhado fica em minsculo.
Textos que lidam com fundamentao terica, no h momento para
comentrios. Deve-se ser o mais formal possvel.
Os verbos devem ser utilizados no presente do indicativo ou futuro do
presente simples.
A repetio recomendada se a sinonmia gerar falta de clareza.
