Violncia contra as mulheres talvez a mais vergonhosa violao

dos direitos humanos. Este um ato abominvel, porque influencia o
comportamento das pessoas e do agressor tem uma tendncia a ser um
impulsivo, agressivo e um fora da pessoa de controlo e que a vtima tem
uma tendncia a ser uma pessoa fechada, angustiado e revoltado.
Alm disso, a violncia gera mais violncia. Na maioria das vezes, a
violncia exercida pelo homem sobre as mulheres e as crianas (no caso
de que eles existem), mesmo assim, o contrrio pode acontecer.
Essas agresses podem ter razes diferentes: cimes, dificuldades
econmicas, drogas, lcool, traumas, decepes, etc
A verdadeira definio de violncia domstica qualquer ao,
omisso ou comportamento que serve para infligir sofrimento fsico, sexual
ou mental, direta ou indiretamente, por meio de enganos, ameaas,
imposio ou por qualquer outro meio a uma mulher e destina-se a ter um
intimidar, punir efeito humilhante ou para manter as mulheres em seus
papis estereotipados (como donas de casa: limpar, cozinhar, cuidar da
casa) ou recusar-lhes a sua dignidade humana, a autonomia sexual, a
integridade mental, fsica e moral, ou abalar a sua segurana pessoal, sua
auto-estima e personalidade, ou diminuir as suas capacidades fsicas e
intelectuais.
Muitas mulheres em todo o mundo so abusados e no se expressar,
nem pedir ajuda, talvez por medo ou vergonha. E por isso, l todos os dias
so novas histrias de mulheres que foram assassinadas ou que se suicidou.
Mas, a realidade, existem linhas de telefone de suporte para mulheres com
esses problemas que os ajudem a resolver esta situao preocupante.

Violao
H trs situaes em que a violncia sexual ocorre:
Abuso sexual, violao sexual ou, em outros termos, qualquer ato sexual
no desejada pela pessoa.
Apesar de ser uma agresso sexual, que afecta a pessoa fsica e
psicologicamente. Isso crime punido por lei.
Marcas fsicas e psicolgica de violncia sexual so frequentemente
muito grande e ns no falamos apenas de ferimentos, existem doenas

sexualmente transmissveis ou gravidezes indesejadas. O uso de imposio

psicolgica, de chantagem e ameaas das vtimas so muito frequentes
tambm, sendo, em muitos casos, uma forma que o agressor usa para
confundir e crista situaes de grande ansiedade e angstia vtima.
Situaes de violncia sexual so muitas vezes difceis de denunciar
ou identificar, porque o medo da vtima leva ao silncio e segredo,
protegendo o agressor. A violncia sexual imposta por conseguinte, no
correspondem s necessidades daqueles que so abusadas, estupradas ou
arrassed independentemente de idade, sexo, relao de emprego, estado
ou famlia civis parentela. Uma razo comum para a vtima a manter
segredo sobre o ato que ela sofreu o fato de que ela ser socialmente
vtima, bem como quando ela denuncia o agressor, sendo uma vtima de
casal. O silncio no ajuda a esquecer, s vezes ele aumenta a raiva ea
injustia sentida. A vtima, consequentemente, tornar-se psicologically
doente e ela pode ser ajudado por uma terapia adequada.
A violncia sexual envolve todos os comportamentos sexuais,
tornando-se gradualmente mais invasivo. Esses comportamentos so
contatos fsicos, explorao sexual, prostituio de crianas, pedofily,
pornografia e outros comportamentos sem contato fsico, para o

Violence against women is maybe the most shameful of human
rights violation. This is an abominable act, because it influences the
behaviour of people and the aggressor has a tendency to be an impulsive,

Beyond this, violence generates more violence. Most of the time,
violence is exerted for man over the women and the children (in case that
they exist) even so, the contrary can happen.
These aggressions may have different reasons: jealousy, economic
difficulties, drugs, alcohol, traumas, disappointments, etc.
The true definition of domestic violence is any action, omission or
behaviour that serves to inflict physical, sexual or mental suffering, direct or
indirectly, by means of deceits, threats, imposition or by any other means to
a women and is intended to have an intimidating, punishing, humiliating
effect or to maintain women in their stereotyped roles (as housewives:
cleaning, cooking, taking care of the house) or to refuse them their human
dignity, sexual autonomy, mental, moral and physical integrity, or to shake
their personal security, their self-esteem and personality, or diminish their
physical and intellectual abilities.
Many women all over the world are abused and dont express
themselves, nor ask for help, maybe due to fear or shame. And because of
this, everyday there are new stories of women who were murdered or who
committed suicide. But, actuality, there are support phone lines for women
with these problems that help them to solve this disturbing situation.
Rape
There are three situations in wich sexual violence occurs: sexual abuse,
rape and sexual arrassement or, in other terms, any sexual act undesired by
the person. Although it is a sexual aggression, it affects the person both
physically and psicologically. This is crime punished by law.
Physical
and psicological marks of sexual violence are frequently very big and we
dont speak only of wounds, there are sexually transmitted diseases or
undesired pregnancies. The use of psicologic imposition, of blackmail and
threats the victims are very frequent too, being in many cases, a form that

the aggressor uses to confuse and crest situations of great anxiety and
anguish to the victim.
Situations of sexual violence are often difficult to denounce or
identify, because the victims fear leads to silence and secrecy, protecting
the aggressor. Sexual violence is imposed there fore it doesnt correspond to
the needs of those who are abused, raped or arrassed independently of age,
sex civil state, job or family relation kindred. A common reason for the
victim to keep secret about the act she suffered is the fact that she will be
socially victimized as well when she denounces the aggressor, being a
double victim. The silence doesnt help to forget; sometimes it increases
anger and the injustice felt. The victim consequently become psicologically
sick and she can be helped by adequate therapy.
Sexual violence involves all sexual behaviours, becoming gradually
more invasive. These behaviours are physical contacts, sexual exploration,
prostitution of children, pedofily, pornography and other behaviours without
physical contact, for example exhibitionism.
