A platform for the dissemination of Electronic Music, with trends for Afro-House
and Afro-Tech.

FROM THE BEDROOM TO THE STREET (AND TO THE WORLD)
Seres Produções and MixFmAngola brings a concept of dissemination of
electronic music: to take music and the arts made in the comfort of our homes
and present them to the most vibrant audiences in the world.

ROOM SYSTEM
Room System is a collaborative project between Seres Produções and dj's /
music producers, beatmakers and other independent artists, with the aim of
interacting and promoting works, often unknown (or not!), And thus appealing to
the presentation of works unpublished in electronic music.
Room System is the small studio shifted to an open, exposed and participatory
context. A series of regular / monthly events, trips that can be unique, sharing
that can bear fruit, moments of learning, of technique, of magic, of occupying a
space and of time, of our existence in the moment, here and now.
Room System exists to think of the cities, the people and the intimacy of their
rooms, in the different aspects of urban life and so, gradually,

also intends to associate other arts beyond music, especially in the visual and

visual arts or performance.
The commitment to the independence of the artists involved and their artistic
interests contribute to the peaceful environment that one wishes to create.

In these events we intend:
• To contribute to the development of the electronic music culture
• To introduce new musical producers and new works
• To introduce them to new generations and new audiences interested,
yes, but not necessarily specialized
• To show the evolution of music and its thrusters and innovative
• Introduce new methods of music production and dissemination.
• We want not only to know how and in which artists work in their homes
but also to know what methods and equipment they use, the conditions in
which they work, what inspires and motivates them to persist, and to
contribute to the dissemination of their works.
• We also plan to make international dissemination of these works through
Seres Produções channels on distribution sites, blogs and online
magazines, thus showing the various methods of production and
promotion that are often unrelated to young artists and producers.

ROOM SYSTEM
Luanda on Horizonte was the embryo that gave rise to the ROOM SYSTEM.
Already with this new designation, Room System first edition happened in July
2015. An event in the charismatic “Elinga / Elinga Bar Theater”, Angola, with the
presentation of the single "Mama Na Bheto" from (Dj Satelite & Dorivaldo Mix
featuring Os Bamfumu) ,Dj Lady Sam was one of the responsible to vibrate the
decks and Wolof Griot (Simão André Sebastião), plastic artist, designer /
illustrator, photographer, animator (stop motion) and video editor was our
"STAR".

Now going overseas, Room System happened again in December 2015 at
“Casa Independente” in Lisbon. DJ Satelite invited DJ Nax, Braga
Havaiana and Vaniny Alves (Mbambu Records) to present the singles
"Kalunda Kianda", "Messenger" and "Me Mata". Danykas Dj was the tool
to warmup the dancefloor and Ludmila Böse was the artist visual "STAR"
who had in first hand, her drawing work named “Luanda Dreamscapes”
presented at this event.

Taking steps and assuming a system in the Portuguese capital, the famous box at
the “Pink Street of Cais do Sodré",MusicBox, took the chance to be the Room for
the second event of the “Room System" in Portuga,l in 6 of May 2016 .
DJ Satelite brought more talent from the rooms such, Breyth, Genny
Py,and the House Master from Luanda, Leandro Silva.
Danykas Dj took care of giving the first heat to the crowd again.

SERES PRODUÇÕES
Seres Produções was created in Luanda / Angola in 2000 for the production
and dissemination of the Kuduro musical style. Since then it has become

one of the main producers of Kuduro in Angola. Founded by renowned
producer DJ SATELITE, acclaimed for the co-production of the album
"Kuduro", by Os Lambas and the production of the album "Batida Únika"
by Bruno M., currently Seres Produções is dedicated to the production of
styles House and Kuduro. In the branches of House are Afro-house, Afro Deep
Afro Tech or deep house, among others.
