MODELAGEM E SIMULAÇÃO: REGIMES INTERNACIONAIS

CASO: MTCR
Encontros de representantes dos parceiros, membros de adesão
unilateral e não-membros do Regime de Controle de Tecnologia de
Mísseis (MTCR), convocados pelo Sr. Presidente, o Emb. Santiago
Irazabal Mourão para a discussão sobre problemas relacionados ao
Regime.

Breve descrição: um grupo de representantes governamentais na temática de Mísseis,

em nome de Estados parceiros, de adesão unilateral e não-adeptos do regime
informal, foi convocado pelo Presidente do Regime Emb. Santiago Irazabal Mourão, para
refletir e propor soluções inovadoras para os problemas que envolvem o regime de
Controle de Tecnologia de Mísseis.

Os encontros serão realizados entre 09 de Novembro a 27 de Novembro de 2009 (ou

seja, com uma pequena diferença temporal), de modo que os participantes poderão
nutrir-se de informações do passado recentes e empregá-las na simulação. As
informações posteriores a 27 de Novembro de 2009 deverão ser desconsideradas.

Os especialistas representarão alguns Estados escolhidos. Como relação de atores

credenciados para o debate, sugere-se a seguinte:

a) Membros do Regime:

(6) Brasil

b) Membros por adesão unilateral
