Rio de Janeiro, 01 de março de 2021 - BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., companhia aberta

com endereço na Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco n° 290, 1° andar, na Cidade e Estado do Rio
de Janeiro, inscrita no CNPJ sob o n° 06.977.745/0001-91 (“brMaIIs” ou “Companhia”), informa
que, por determinação das autoridades públicas, suspendeu temporariamente as atividades do
Catuaí Shopping Londrina (PR), Catuaí Shopping Maringá (PR), Shopping Curitiba (PR),
Shopping Estação (PR) e Shopping Villagio Caxias (RS), a partir do dia 27 de fevereiro de 2021,
bem como as do Goiânia Shopping (GO), a partir do dia 01 de março de 2021, mantendo, no
entanto, todos os serviços de delivery e operações essenciais permitidas.

Sendo assim, conforme também comunicado pela brMalls no dia 22 de fevereiro, os shoppings
destacados abaixo permanecem fechados:

• Center Shopping Uberlândia (MG) – 20 de fevereiro de 2021;

• Catuaí Shopping Londrina (PR) – 27 de fevereiro de 2021;
• Catuaí Shopping Maringá (PR) – 27 de fevereiro de 2021;
• Shopping Curitiba (PR) – 27 de fevereiro de 2021;
• Shopping Estação (PR) – 27 de fevereiro de 2021;
• Shopping Villagio Caxias (RS) – 27 de fevereiro de 2021;
• Goiânia Shopping (GO) – 01 de março de 2021.

A Companhia segue atenta aos desdobramentos da pandemia do Covid-19 e manterá os

acionistas e mercado em geral informados sobre as mudanças relevantes ocorridas.

 NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Rio de Janeiro, March 01st, 2021 - BR MALLS PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A., publicly-held company
located at Avenida Afrânio de Melo Franco 290, 1st floor, in the city and state of Rio de Janeiro,
under CNPJ n° 06.977.745/0001-91 (“brMaIIs” or “Company”), hereby announces that, as
determined by public authorities, Catuaí Shopping Londrina (PR), Catuaí Shopping Maringá
(PR), Shopping Curitiba (PR), Shopping Estação (PR) and Shopping Villagio Caxias (RS) had
their activities temporarily suspended as of February 27th, 2021, as well as
Goiânia Shopping (GO), as of March 01st, 2021, while delivery and essential services are still
allowed in the malls.

Therefore, as also stated by the Company on February 22nd, the following malls remain closed:

• Center Shopping Uberlândia (MG) – February 20th, 2021;

• Catuaí Shopping Londrina (PR) – February 27th, 2021;
• Catuaí Shopping Maringá (PR) – February 27th, 2021;
• Shopping Curitiba (PR) – February 27th, 2021;
• Shopping Estação (PR) – February 27th, 2021;
• Shopping Villagio Caxias (RS) – February 27th, 2021;
• Goiânia Shopping (GO) – March 01st, 2021.

The Company remains attentive of developments in the Covid-19 pandemic and will keep the
shareholders and market in general informed of relevant changes that may occur.
