AVISO AOS ACIONISTAS

Comunicamos aos Senhores Acionistas e ao mercado em geral que a Diretoria

Executiva da ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A., usando a competência que lhe foi conferida
pelo Conselho de Administração, definiu a data de 12 de julho de 2021 para o
pagamento dos dividendos complementares no valor de R$ 609.594.085,57
(seiscentos e nove milhões, quinhentos e noventa e quatro mil, oitenta e cinco reais e
cinquenta e sete centavos), correspondentes a R$ 0,7471177357 por ação, proventos
complementares aos dividendos intermediários, dividendos intermediários adicionais e
juros sobre o capital próprio referentes ao exercício de 2020.

Os referidos dividendos complementares serão pagos com base nos dados cadastrais
existentes no Itaú Unibanco Banco Múltiplo S.A. em 11 de maio de 2021, conforme Aviso
aos Acionistas publicado em 28 de abril de 2021.

Assim, o total de proventos do exercício de 2020 atingiu R$ 2.016.754.364,44

(R$ 2,4717315830 por ação), equivalente a 100% do lucro líquido distribuível
(desconsiderando a repactuação do risco hidrológico).

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

We hereby notify all Shareholders and the market at large that the Board of Executive
Officers of ENGIE Brasil Energia S.A., based on the powers delegated to it by the Board
of Directors, has defined July 12, 2021 as the payment date of the complementary
dividends in the amount of R$ 609,594,085.57 (six hundred and nine million, five
hundred and ninety-four thousand, eighty-five reais and fifty-seven cents) corresponding
to R$ 0.7471177357 per share, on top of the intermediate dividends, additional
intermediate dividends and interest on shareholders’ equity of fiscal year 2020.

The said complementary dividends shall be paid on the basis of the shareholder records
on file at Itaú Unibanco Banco Múltiplo S.A. on May 11, 2021, according to the Notice to
Shareholders published on April 28, 2021.

Thus, the total distributed profits for fiscal year 2020 was R$ 2,016,754,364.44
(R$ 2.4717315830 per share), equivalent to a 100% payout of the distributable net
income (excluding the renegotiation of the hydrological risk).
