de acordo com a localizao de suas usinas. A empresa com usinas no rio Paranapanema foi privatizada em 28/07/1999, passando a chamar-se Duke Energy. A empresa com usinas no rio Tiet,
foi privatizada em 27/10/1999, passando a denominar-se AES Tiet. A empresa com usinas no rio Paran continua com o seu nome de origem CESP
In 1999, there was a division of CESP - Company Energy Sao Paulo, resulting in 3 companies for the generation of electric energy, in accordance with location of their plants. The company with
plants in the Paranapanema river was privatised in 07-28-1999 , from the draw-if Duke Energy. The company with plants in river tiet, was privatised in 10-27-1999 , renamed-if AES tiet. The
company with plants in Parana river continues
with its name of origin CESP.

Electrification Rural

Comisso de Eletrificao Rural do Estado

de So Paulo - CERESP foi criada com o
objetivo de proporcionar o estabelecimento
de
polticas
pblicas
de
cunho
eminentemente
social,
voltadas
aos
moradores rurais, principalmente, os de
baixa renda, focando a incluso social e o
resgate da cidadania aos trabalhadores que
residem no meio rural paulista.

The Commission of Electrification Rural of

the State of So Paulo - CERESP was
created with the objective to provide the
establishment of public policies with
objectives eminently social, oriented to rural
inhabitants, mainly, low income, focusing on
social inclusion and the rescue of citizenship
to workers who reside in the rural
environment paulista.

No perodo de 2005 a dezembro de 2010

foram realizadas 84.442 novas ligaes
eltricas rurais no Estado de So Paulo, por
meio do programa "Luz para Todos".

In the period 2005 to December 2010 were

84,442 new links rural electricity in the State
of Sao Paulo, by means of the program
"Light for all".
