respeitando assim uma poltica de participao baseada na igualdade de gnero.
Acordo Ortogrfico Toda a documentao e comunicaes oficiais cumprem os pressupostos do novo acordo
ortogrfico da lngua portuguesa.
Ambiente De forma a promover a sustentabilidade ambiental os jogos iro calcular, minimizar e compensar o seu impacto

Gender Equality The event aims to achieve sex parity in the Delegations and refereeing teams, thereby respecting a participation policy based on gender equality.

IV. ALOJAMENTO ACCOMMODATION

1. Taxa de Participao Participation Fee
Os Comits Olmpicos Nacionais (CON) esto sujeitos ao pagamento de uma taxa de participao por cada um/a dos/as
atletas, dos/as oficiais, dos membros da ACOLOP, dos membros dos CON, dos/as convidados/as e outros membros que
integrem a Delegao. As taxas incluem alojamento, alimentao e transportes locais.
Durante o perodo competitivo regular de um determinado desporto a taxa de participao de atletas de 20 USD/dia (os/
as atletas de desporto para deficientes esto isentos do pagamento) e a taxa de participao de oficiais de 50 USD/dia.
Fora desse perodo os/as atletas e os/as oficiais pagam a taxa de participao suplementar de 150 USD/dia (os/as atletas
de desporto para deficientes esto isentos do pagamento).
National Olympic Committees (NOC) will pay a participation fee for every athlete, officials, ACOLOP members, NOC members, guests and other Delegation members. The fees include accommodation, food and local transportation.
During the regular competition period of a given sport the athletes participation fee is 20 USD/day (sport for handicapped athletes, is free of charge) and the
officials participation fee is 50 USD/day. Outside that period the athletes and officials pay the supplementary participation fee of 150 USD/day (sport for handicapped athletes, is free of charge).

Neste hotel estaro disponveis informaes atualizadas dirigidas s misses dos diferentes CON, bem como salas devidamente equipadas para apoio logstico e tcnico s respetivas misses. Acolhe ainda os/as Presidentes, Secretrios/as-Gerais
e Chefes de Misso dos CON participantes.
Updated information will be available for the NOC in the Headquarters Hotel, as long as room fully prepared to give logistic and technical support to the missions. It
will also accommodate the NOC presidents, secretary-generals and chefs de mission.

V. ELIGIBILIDADE ELIGIBILITY
Apenas atletas representantes dos Comits Olmpicos Nacionais (CON) membros e membros associados da ACOLOP so
elegveis para participar nas competies oficiais dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009. Os/as competidores/as que tenham dupla nacionalidade apenas podem representar um Pas/Regio. Aps representao de um Pas/Regio nos Jogos
Olmpicos, Competies Mundiais, Continentais ou Regionais reconhecidas pelas Federaes Internacionais, no podem
representar outro Pas/Regio, a no ser que renam as condies descritas no Artigo 42 da Carta Olmpica.
Os/as atletas apenas podero competir nas disciplinas e desportos em que se encontram inscritos/as. A COJOL Lisboa 2009
pode organizar eventos de demonstrao de outras modalidades em parceria com as federaes nacionais desses desportos, sem prejuzo de informar oficialmente os CON das equipas participantes. Pode ainda convidar atletas representantes de
outros CON para as provas de demonstrao.
A taxa de participao de atletas de 20 USD/dia (os/as atletas de desporto para deficientes esto isentos do pagamento). A taxa de participao de oficiais, de mdicos/as e chefe de misso de 50 USD/dia. Os/As oficiais e mdicos/as suplementares,e os adidos/as de imprensa, pagam a taxa de participao suplementar que de 150 USD/dia.
Only athletes representing NOCs that are members or associated members of ACOLOP are eligible to participate in the 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009
competitions Competitors with double nationality can only represent one country/region. After competing for one country/region in the Olympic Games, World
Championships, Continental or Regional Championships recognize by the International Sport Federation, cant represent other country/region, unless they have the
conditions described in the Article 42 of the Olympic Charter.
Athletes can only compete in the events they are registered for LUGOC Lisbon 2009 may organize demonstration events of other sports in partnership with the
national federations of those sports, officialy informing the NOC of the participating teams LUGOC Lisboa 2009 can also invite athletes from other NOC to demonstration events.
The athletes participation fee is 20 USD/day (sport for handicapped athletes, is free of charge). The officials, doctors and chef de mission participation
fees is 50 USD/day. The supplementary officials and doctors, and the press attachs participation fee is 150 USD/day.

A taxa de participao de atletas de 20 USD/dia (os/as atletas de desporto para deficientes esto isentos do pagamento).
The Athletes Participation Fee is 20 USD/day (sport for handicapped athletes, is free of charge).
2.1 Atletismo Athletics

Mximo de 70 Atletas (36 Masculinos e 34 Femininos) com um limite de 2 atletas por CON e por prova individual e uma
equipa de 4 atletas para cada prova de estafetas com 2 atletas suplentes provenientes de outras disciplinas e de acordo
com as regras IAAF.
Maximum of 70 Athletes (36 Male and 34 Female) with a limit of 2 athletes per NOC and individual event and 1 team with 4 athletes for each relay competition with
2 replacing athletes from other disciplines and according to IAAF rules.
2.2 Basquetebol Basketball

Mximo de 1 Equipa Masculina (12 Atletas) e 1 Equipa Feminina (12 Atletas) por CON.
Maximum of 1 Male Team (12 Athletes) and 1 Female Team (12 Athletes) per NOC.
2.3 Desporto para Deficientes (Prova de Demonstrao)

Sports for Handicapped (Demonstration Sport)
Mximo de 3 atletas (2 masculino e 1 feminino) por CON, 1 atleta masculino na prova de 1500m Cadeira de Rodas, 1 atleta
masculino e 1 atleta feminino nos 400m Deficincia Motora em P (amputados dos membros superiores, paralisia cerebral
e les autres com limitaes ao nvel dos membros superiores)
Maximum of 3 athletes (2 males and 1 female) per NOC, 1 male athlete in the 1500m Wheelchair event, 1 male athlete and 1 female athlete in the 400m Motor Handicap
on Foot event (upper limbs amputees, cerebral palsy and les autres both with upper limbs limitations).

2.4 Futebol Football

Mximo de 1 Equipa Masculina de 20 jogadores, nascidos depois de 1 de Janeiro de 1988, por CON.
Maximum of 1 Male Team, per NOC, of 20 players born after January 1st 1988.
2.5 Futsal Futsal

Mximo de 1 Equipa Masculina (14 Atletas) por CON.
Maximum of 1 Male Team (14 athletes) per NOC.
2.6 Judo Judo

Mximo de 14 atletas (7 masculinos e 7 femininos), 1 por categoria de peso por CON.
Maximum of 14 athletes (7 male and 7 female), 1 per weight category per NOC.
2.7 Taekwondo Taekwondo

Mximo de 8 atletas (4 masculinos e 4 femininos), 1 por categoria de peso por CON.
Maximum of 8 athletes (4 male and 4 female), 1 per weight category per NOC.
2.8 Tnis de Mesa Table Tennis

Mximo de 8 atletas (4 masculinos e 4 femininos) por CON, com um limite de 1 equipa masculina, 1 equipa feminina,
3 atletas masculinos e 3 atletas femininos na prova de singulares.
Maximum of 8 athletes (4 male and 4 female) per NOC, with a limit of 1 male team, 1 female team, 3 male athletes and 3 female athletes for the individual events.
2.9 Voleibol Volleyball

Mximo de 1 Equipa Masculina (12 Atletas) e 1 Equipa Feminina (12 Atletas) por CON.
Maximum of 1 Male Team (12 Athletes) and 1 Female Team (12 Athletes) per NOC.
2.10 Voleibol de Praia Beach Volleyball

Mximo de 2 Duplas Masculinas (4 Atletas) e 2 Duplas Femininas (4 Atletas) por CON.
Maximum of 2 Male Double Teams (4 Athletes) and 2 Female Double Teams (4 Athletes) per NOC.
3. Quotas de Participao de Oficiais Participation Quota for Officials

O nmero de oficiais com direito Taxa de Participao Regular (TPR = 50 USD/dia) depende do nmero de atletas inscritos/as na
modalidade daquele CON. Todos os/as oficiais extra ficam sujeitos Taxa de Participao Suplementar (TPS = 150 USD/dia).
The number of officials who have the right to the Regular Participation Fee (RPF = 50 USD/day) depends on the number of registered athletes in that sport and
from that NOC. All extra officials have to pay the Suplementary Participation Fee (SPF = 150 USD/day).
3.1 Atletismo Athletics

Podem ser inscritos/as 10 oficiais, mas apenas um mximo de 6 oficiais (dependendo do n de atletas) tero direito TPR.
10 officials can be registered, but only a maximum of 6 officials (depending on the nr. of registered athletes) will have the right to the RPF (50 USD/day).
Se menor ou igual a 10 atletas o CON tem direito a 2 oficiais regulares (50 USD/dia)
If less or equal to 10 Athletes the NOC has the right to 2 regular officials (50 USD/day)
Se entre 11 a 29 atletas o CON tem direito a 4 oficiais regulares (50 USD/dia)

If between 11 and 29 Athletes the NOC has the right to 4 regular officials (50 USD/day)
Se maior ou igual a 30 atletas o CON tem direito a 6 oficiais regulares (50 USD/dia)
If more or equal to 30 Athletes the NOC has the right to 6 regular officials (50 USD/day)

3.2 Basquetebol Basketball

Podem ser inscritos/as 12 oficiais, mas apenas um mximo de 6 oficiais (dependendo do n de equipas) tero direito TPR.

2. Inscrio Final (todos os desportos) Final Entry (all sports)

Os CON que pretendem participar devem enviar os Formulrios de Inscrio por Nome originais devidamente preenchidos para a COJOL Lisboa 2009 o mais tardar at ao dia 11 de Maio de 2009. Os CON podem efetuar modificaes ou
submeter formulrios suplementares at ao dia do prazo de inscrio inclusive. No sero permitidos ajustamentos aps
expirar esse mesmo prazo.

submit extra forms until the dead line inclusive. Adjustments are not allowed after dead line.

4. Confirmao Final dos/as Participantes nas provas de Atletismo

Final Participants Entry for Athletics events
A Confirmao Final dos Participantes deve ser submetida at s 10h00 do dia 11 de Julho no Centro de Informao Tcnica do Atletismo (CIT), situado no Estdio Universitrio de Lisboa. Os nomes dos/as participantes devem ser submetidos
em boletins especiais fornecidos pela COJOL Lisboa 2009. Este mtodo essencial para evitar fases eliminatrias e de
qualificao desnecessrias.
Em caso de necessidade, as equipas podero cancelar confirmaes realizadas, atravs do preenchimento de formulrios
disponveis neste mesmo CIT. A aceitao de cada cancelamento em termos das Regras da IAAF ser da responsabilidade
do/a Delegado/a Tcnico/a.
No caso das estafetas, a confirmao dos/as atletas que participaro assim como a ordem de participao dever ser feita
no CIT at 1 hora antes da hora marcada para a respetiva estafeta.
The Final Participants Confirmation for Athletics events should be submitted until 10.00 AM July 11 2009 in the Athletics Technical Information Center (TIC), located in the Lisbon University Stadium. The competitors names must be submitted in special forms given by LUGOC Lisbon 2009. This method aims to avoid
unnecessary qualifications phases.
If necessary, Teams can cancel confirmations filling the correct forms available in the TIC. The acceptation, according to the International Athletics Federation (IAAF)
rules, depends on the Technical Delegate decision.
In the relay completions case, the athletes confirmation as long as the participation order must be made in the TIC until1 hour before the relay event schedule.

VII. PRMIOS AWARDS

As cerimnias de entrega de prmios tero lugar logo aps a concluso das provas. Os/as atletas medalhados/as devero utilizar os equipamentos oficiais dos seus CON, sapatos sem bicos no caso do Atletismo e Judogi branco (sempre
que possvel) no caso do Judo.
Relativamente ao Protocolo de entrega de prmios, proibido aos/s atletas levarem para o pdio bandeiras nacionais
(com exceo das utilizadas nos equipamentos oficiais e judogis) ou qualquer objeto que possa ter qualquer conotao
poltica, religiosa ou comercial. igualmente proibido o uso de chapu ou objeto similar que cubra a cabea.
A atribuio de dois terceiros classificados nas modalidades de Judo e Taekwondo depender do nmero de inscries
nas categorias de peso.
The medal ceremonies will take place right after the events. The medalists must wear the official equipment of their NOC, shoes without pikes in the Athletics case
and judogi (white judogi whenever possible) in the Judos case.
Concerning the medal ceremony protocol, athletes are not allowed to bring to the podium national flags (except the ones of their official equipments and judogis) or any
object that contains any political, religious and commercial form or connotation. Its also forbidden the wear of hat or similar object that covers the athletes head
The attribution of 2 bronze medals, in Judo and Taekwondo, depends on the number of entries in the weight category.

3. Data e local de competio Competition Date and Venues

A competio de Atletismo dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 ter lugar em Lisboa no dia 12 (final da tarde) e no dia
13 de Julho de 2009 (noite) e, em Oeiras, no dia 19 de Julho de manh (apenas a competio dos 10km Estrada). As provas
de demonstrao de Desporto para Deficientes esto agendadas para o dia 12 de Julho ao final da tarde.
O Estdio Universitrio de Lisboa (EUL) simultaneamente o recinto de competio (Pista 1) e de treino (Pista 2).
A prova de estrada de 10km realizar-se- no municpio de Oeiras na Avenida Marginal.
The 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 Athletics competition will be in Lisbon on July the 12th (evening) and 13th (night). The 10km road race will take place in Oeiras
the July 19th (morning). The demonstration events of Sport for Handicapped will be on July the 12th evening.
The Lisbons University Stadium (LUS) it is simultaneously the competition (Track 1) and training facility (Track 2). This sport infrastructure has all the technical requisites demanded by IAAF being accredited for. The 10km road race will take place in Oeiras in Marginal Avenue.

9. Regras e Sistema de Competio Rules and Competition System

A competio realizar-sede acordo com as atuais regras promulgadas pela IAAF. Em caso de desacordo na traduo das regras,
o texto em ingls deve prevalecer. Qualquer incidente previsto no especificado pelas regras deve ser resolvido da seguinte forma:
The competition will be organized according to the IAAF rules. If there is any disagreement when translating the rules, English version must prevail. Any incident not
specified in the rules must be solved in the following way:

9.1 Engenhos ou Implementos Implements

Os pesos sero providenciados pela COJOL Lisboa 2009, com base na lista de engenhos ou implementos certificados
pela IAAF (anunciada brevemente).
As Delegaes que desejem utilizar modelos no includos na lista oficial, devero apresent-los no CIT, para controlo, at s
12h00 do dia 11 de Julho. S sero aceites modelos que no faam parte da lista oficial, e que sejam certificados pela IAAF. Isto
significa que os engenhos pessoais que se deseja entregar para controlo tero de ser identificveis no que ao modelo diz respeito. Os engenhos pessoais sero devolvidos s Delegaes aps a prova respetiva, igualmente atravs do CIT.
Pesos estaro disponveis para treino e aquecimento no EUL.
Implements will be provided by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 based on the IAAFs certified list of implements (to be announced).
The Delegations who wish to use models not included in the official list must present them to the TIC, for control procedure, till 12.00, 11th of July. It will only accept
models that are not part of the official list if they are certified by IAAF. This means that the personal implements that are delivered for control procedure must be from
an identifiable model. The personal implements will be returned to the Delegations after the event through TIC.
Implements will be available for training and warm up at the LUS.
9.2 Visita de Inspeo Inspection Visit

Os/as chefes de Delegao podero visitar as instalaes do EUL, bem como o percurso da prova dos 10km Estrada.

Um espao ser reservado para fisioterapeutas/massagistas na zona de aquecimento.
A space will be reserved for physiotherapists / masseurs in the area of heating.
9.6 Dorsais Bib number

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 providenciar os dorsais que os/as atletas tero de utilizar. No caso das provas individuais,
cada atleta dever utilizar um dorsal na frente e nas costas da camisola de competio. No caso dos/as participantes
no salto em altura, os/as atletas podero utilizar apenas um, na frente ou nas costas desta camisola.
Dorsais especiais com o cdigo da Delegao (cdigo da IAAF) sero utilizados pelos/as atletas participantes nas estafetas. Cada atleta dever utilizar o dorsal com o cdigo na frente e o outro com o respetivo nmero nas costas.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 will provide the bib number that will be used by the athletes. In the case of individual events, each athlete should use a bib in front and in
behind of their competition shirts. In the case of participants in the High Jump, the athletes can use only one in the front or the back of the shirt.
Special bibs with the Delegations code (IAAFs code) will be used by the participants in the relays events. Each athlete should use the bib number with the code in
front and the other with their number on the back.
9.7 Equipamento Equipments and Uniforms

Os/as atletas devero vestir os uniformes oficiais das suas Delegaes, que devem cumprir as Regras da IAAF 18 e 143. O
equipamento que no cumpra estas regras ser confiscado ou, quando possvel, a rea em infrao ser tapada com fita
adesiva na Cmara de Chamada.
The athletes will wear the official uniforms of their Delegations, who must comply with the IAAF rules 18 and 143. The equipment which does not comply with
these rules will be confiscated or, when possible, the area in violation will be obscured with tape in the Call Room.

9.8 Resultados Results

Cpias dos resultados de cada dia sero distribudas atravs do CIT. Resultados finais completos sero produzidos pela
COJOL Lisboa 2009.
Copies of the results of each day will be distributed through TIC. Complete final results will be produced by LUGOC Lisbon 2009.
9.9 Elaborao de sries nas corridas Heats

A constituio das sries eliminatrias nas corridas ser realizada pelo/a DT, com base nas Regras e procedimentos usuais
da IAAF. A atribuio de pistas individuais ou posio de partida em corridas e da ordem de ensaio nos concursos sero
decididos por sorteio realizado pelo/a DT.
The heats organization for track events will be done by the TD according to the IAAFs rules and procedures. The allocation of individual tracks or start positions track
events and the attempt order in field events will be decided by a draw conducted by TD.
9.10 Aquecimento Warm-up

O aquecimento ter lugar na pista n 2 do EUL, onde se encontra uma zona de musculao.
Warm-up will take place in the Track nr. 2 of the LUS. There is also a weight training area.
9.11 Procedimentos na Cmara de Chamada Call Room procedures

A Cmara de Chamada ser montada na pista de aquecimento. responsabilidade dos/as Chefes de Delegao assegurar
que os/as seus/suas atletas sejam conhecedores das horas de comparncia na cmara de chamada. Atletas que cheguem atrasados podero ser excludos de participao nessa e noutras provas em que estejam inscritos/as
The Call Room will be placed near the warm-up track. Its part of the Delegations head to ensure that their athletes know the time to be in the call room. Late athletes
can be excluded from participating in the event and in other events where they are registered.

As principais funes da Cmara de Chamada so agrupar e controlar os/as atletas antes do incio de cada prova. No
est autorizado o acesso de oficiais Cmara de Chamada. Dentro da Cmara de Chamada, sero efetuados os seguintes
controlos, que tero como base as Regras e Regulamentos da IAAF:
The main functions of the call room are pooling and monitor the athletes before the start of each event. Delegations members are not allowed to access the call room.
Within the Call Room will be made the following inspections, which will be based on the IAAF rules and regulations:
Equipamento;

Contedo de sacos desportivos.

A fim de possibilitar que o tempo de permanncia dos atletas e das atletas na Cmara de Chamada seja o menor possvel, importante
que os/as atletas cooperem, no s comparecendo na referida Cmara no horrio determinado, como no trazendo itens proibidos.
With the purpose of enabling the time of residence in the call room being the shortest possible, it is important that athletes cooperate, not only attend the Board in
the scheduled time and not bringing any forbidden items.

9.12 Fase preparatria de cada concurso Field events preparatory phase

Cada atleta ter direito, no caso do lanamento do peso, e no mnimo, a 2 ensaios de aquecimento, realizados pela ordem
determinada para a prova. Nos restantes concursos, o aquecimento ser controlado pelos/as juzes/as de cada prova, para
permitir uma igualdade de oportunidades a cada atleta.
Apenas sero autorizadas as marcas oficiais fornecidas pela organizao para a marcao da corrida de balano.
In the Shot Put case, each athlete will be entitled to, at least, 2 warm-up attempts, in the order determined for the event. In other field events, the judges of each event,
to allow equality of opportunity for each athlete, will control the warm-up. Only authorized official brands supplied by the organization to mark the approach.
9.13 Medies Measures

Todos os concursos horizontais sero medidos com aparelhos Leica, enquanto que o salto em altura ser com rgua
de ao calibrada.
All horizontal field events will be measured with Leica appliances. High Jump will be measured with a calibrated ruler of steel
9.14 Corridas Track events

Os fatos de treino no caso das corridas sero colocados em cestos colocados na zona de partida, sendo depois transportados por voluntrios at zona de controlo ps-prova.
Warm-up clothes will be placed in the baskets placed in the back of the start zone, being then transported by the volunteers to the control zone.
9.15 Vozes de comando nas partidas Start comments

As vozes de comando emitidas pelos/as juzes/as de partida sero dadas em lngua portuguesa. Os blocos de partida
estaro equipados com detetores de falsas partidas.
The start comments issue by the juries will be given in Portuguese. The start blocks will be equipped with false starts detectors.
9.16 Cronometragem Timing

A cronometragem oficial ser providenciada pela FPA sendo utilizados sistemas Omega e FinishLynx. No caso de corridas de distncia igual e superior a 800m, os tempos intermdios sero mostrados num marcador eletrnico colocado a seguir linha de chegada.
The official timing will be provided by the PAF that will use the Omega and FinishLynx systems. In case of equal distance track events of 800m and over the intermediate times will be shown in electronic marker placed following the finish line.
9.17 Abandono da rea de competio Leaving the competition area

Um/a atleta apenas poder abandonar a rea de competio quando acompanhado/a por um/a juiz/a, e aps ter para tal
sido autorizado/a pelo/a rbitro/a respetivo/a.
An athlete can only leave the area of competition when accompanied by a jury, and after having been allowed to do so by the referee.
9.18 Abandono da rea de competio aps a prova Leaving the competition area after the event
Aps o fim de cada corrida, os/as atletas devero abandonar imediatamente a pista atravs da zona mista/de controlo ps-prova.
After the end of each race, the athletes should immediately leave the runway through the mixed zone / control of post-event.
No caso dos concursos, o processo realizar-se- do seguinte modo:

In the case of field events, the process should be the follow:
a) Horizontais: Ao fim do 3 ensaio, os/as atletas no apurados para os 3 ensaios finais, abandonaro a zona de competio, tambm atravs da zona mista / de controlo ps-prova, acompanhados/as por um/a oficial;
a) Horizontal jumps: After the 3rd attempt, the athletes who didnt qualified for the final 3 attempt will leave the competition zone also through leave the runway
through the mixed zone / control of post-event and accompanied by a jury;
b) Salto em altura: No fim de cada volta (altura) os/as atletas eliminados abandonaro a zona de competio do mesmo
modo que os/as atletas participantes nos concursos horizontais.
b) High jump: After each round (height) the eliminated athletes will leave the competition zone the same way as the athletes from the horizontal jumps.

9.19 Refrescamentos e abastecimentos Sponging and refreshments

gua ser providenciada na zona de aquecimento, na cmara de chamada, nas zonas de concursos, nas corridas de 5.000 m,
na prova de estrada e na zona mista/de controlo ps-prova. Relativamente prova de estrada, postos de refrescamento sero
colocados aos 5 km e 7,5 km.
Water will be provided in the warm-up area, in the call room, in the field events area, in the 5000 m event, in the road race and in the mixed zone after the event.
In the road race event the sponging zones will be at 5 km and 7.5 km.
10. Protestos e Apelos Protests and Appeals

Qualquer protesto relativo ao resultado ou conduo de uma prova dever ser feito, em primeiro lugar, ao/ rbitro/a respetivo/a
(identificado/a por uma braadeira amarela), pelo/a atleta ou por algum em seu nome, at 30 minutos aps o anncio oficial
do resultado da prova em questo. Caso o/a rbitro/a tome uma deciso, haver o direito de apelo para o/a Jri de Apelo.
Qualquer protesto escrito ao/ jri dever ser assinado por um/a responsvel da Delegao, em nome do/a atleta e entregue
no CIT at 30 minutos aps o anncio oficial da deciso do/a rbitro/a. A deciso do/a jri ser transmitida por escrito.
Any protest on the conduct or result of an event should be done, firstly, to the jury (identified with a yellow armband), by the athlete or someone on his behalf, until 30
minutes after the official announcement of the result of the event in question. If the referee takes a decision, there will be a right of appeal to the Jury of Appeal.
Any written protest to the jury should be signed by a Delegation member on behalf of the athlete and delivered to the TIC until 30 minutes after the official announcement of the jury decision. The jurys decision will be transmitted per writing.
11. Controlo Anti-Dopagem Anti-doping

O Controlo Anti-Dopagem ser realizado sob as diretrizes da Comisso Mdica da COJOL Lisboa 2009, sob as normas
IAAF e sob as normas da Agncia Mundial Anti-Dopagem (AMA).
The Anti-Doping Control will be done under the directions of the LUGOC Lisbon 2009 Medical Commission and under the IAAF and World AntiDoping Agency (WADA) rules.

3. Data e local Competition Date and Venues

A competio de Basquetebol dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia ter lugar em Lisboa nos dias 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 e 19 de Julho de
2009 nos Pavilhes n 1 e n2 do Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Os treinos tero lugar nos mesmos pavilhes. Ambos cumprem
com todos os requisitos tcnicos exigidos pela FIBA estando acreditados para o efeito.
The 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 Basketball competition will be held in Lisbon in the 11th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th of July of 2009 in the Sport Lisboa
e Benfica Pavilions nr. 1 and nr. 2. Training sessions will occurred in the same sport facilities. Both pavilions have the FIBAs technical requisites being
accredited for the competition.

5. Provas Events
A competio de Basquetebol disputa-se num torneio masculino e num torneio feminino.

6. Calendrio da competio Competitions Schedule

O Calendrio est sujeito a alteraes, dependendo do nmero final de inscries. Simulao para uma competio de 8 equipas masculinas e 8 equipas femininas. As sesses matinais esto, geralmente, reservadas para os treinos dos/as atletas.
Schedule may change depending on the participants final number. Tournament simulation for 8 Male Teams and 8 Female Teams. Morning sessions are, normally,
reserved for training.

7. Sistema de Competio Competition System

A competio realizar-sede acordo com as atuais regras promulgadas pela FIBA. Em caso de desacordo na traduo das
regras, o texto em ingls deve prevalecer. Qualquer incidente previsto no especificado pelas regras deve ser resolvido da
seguinte forma:

7.1 Formato da Competio Competition Format

Face experincia vivida nos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e indo de encontro s sugestes que visam a melhoria
da competio, no mbito da atratividade e competitividade da mesma, apresentamos o sistema de disputa que procura
responder a esses objetivos. Foi considerado necessrio minimizar as diferenas competitivas entre algumas selees,
pelo qual constituem princpios gerais do formato de competio:
With the experience of the 1st Lusophone Games Macao 2006 and having in mind the suggestions made that aim to improve the competitions quality, attractiveness and competitiveness, the present system of dispute seeks to respond to these objectives. It was considered necessary to minimize the differences between
some teams, to make it has been constituted the following general principles of the competition format:
A participao das equipas melhor classificadas nos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e/ou no ranking mundial
comea na 2 fase da competio.
The best teams in the 1st Lusophone Games Macao 2006 and/or in the world ranking start competing in the 2nd phase.
A realizao de uma fase preliminar que visa o escalonamento das equipas que participam na 2 fase.
A Preliminary Phase will be organize to decided which teams go on to the 2nd Phase.
Se estiverem em competio 9 Equipas, organiza-se uma Fase Preliminar constituda por cinco Selees em duas eliminatrias. Na 1 Eliminatria (dois jogos) os dois vencedores apuram-se para a 2 Fase, bem como o derrotado por menor
diferena pontual. A 2 Eliminatria disputada entre a Equipa que ficou isenta na 1 eliminatria e o derrotado por maior
diferena pontual. O vencedor apura-se para a 2 Fase. Ao derrotado ser atribudo o 9 lugar. O emparelhamento dos jogos ser feito por sorteio condicionado. Os trs primeiros classificados dos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e o Brasil
apuram-se diretamente para a 2 Fase.
Se estiverem em competio 10 Equipas, organiza-se uma Fase Preliminar constituda por seis Selees em duas eliminatrias. Os vencedores da 1 Eliminatria apuram-se para a 2 Fase. A 2 Eliminatria disputada entre as duas equipas
que foram derrotadas pela menor diferena pontual. O vencedor tambm se apura para a 2 Fase. O emparelhamento dos
jogos ser feito por sorteio condicionado. Os trs primeiros classificados dos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e o
Brasil apuram-se diretamente para a 2 Fase.
If 9 Teams to compete a Preliminary Phase is organized with 5 teams in 2 rounds. In the 1st round (2 games) both winners go to 2nd Phase, as long as the defeated
with less point difference. The 2nd round will be played between the team out in the 1st round and the defeated team by less point difference. The winner goes to
2nd Phase. The loser classifies in 9th place. The 3 first teams from the 1st Lusophone Games Macau 2006 and Brazil go directly to 2nd Phase.
If 10 Teams to compete a Preliminary Phase is organized with 6 teams in 2 rounds. The winners go to 2nd Phase. The 2nd round will be played by the defeated teams
with less point difference. Winner also goes to 2nd Phase. The 3 first teams from the 1st Lusophone Games Macau 2006 and Brasil go directly to 2nd Phase.
7.2 Sorteio Draw

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 deve organizar o sorteio sob a superviso do Delegado/a Tcnico/a. O sorteio ter lugar no dia 23
de Maio de 2009 pelas 11h30 na sede do Comit Olmpico de Portugal.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 will organize the draw under the TD supervision. The draw will take place on the 23th of May of 2009 by 11.30 in the NOC
of Portugals headquarters.
7.3 Equipamento e Uniformes Equipments and Uniforms

Todos os equipamentos, instalaes e bolas de jogo devem estar conforme as regras e regulamentos oficiais da FIBA.
All equipments, facilities and balls of the competition should be according to the official rules and regulations of FIBA.

8. Gesto da Competio Competition Management

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 e a Federao Portuguesa de Basquetebol (FPB) sero responsveis pelo funcionamento e organizao da competio sob superviso do/a Delegado/a Tcnico nomeado pela FIBA.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Portuguese Basketball Federation will be responsible for the organizations and management of the competition under
the FIBAs nominated TD supervision.
8.1 Oficiais e Tcnicos

A Comisso Tcnica deve ser constituda por 3 pessoas, nomeadamente um/a Delegado/a Tcnico e dois/uas Delegados/
as da COJOL Lisboa 2009.
A Reunio dos/as Chefes de Equipa ser brevemente agendada. A Comisso de Protestos formar-se- durante a Reunio dos/
as Chefes de Equipa. A Reunio dos/as rbitros/as vai ter lugar imediatamente aps a Reunio dos/as Chefes de Equipa.
Cada equipa dever estar acompanhada por 1 rbitro/a da FIBA na sua Delegao. Caso participem na competio masculina ou feminina, 2 rbitros/as devero estar includos na comitiva. Todos os/as rbitros/as devem ser possuidores/as da
licena internacional da FIBA vlida para 2009. Com a aprovao da FIBA sero convidados/as pela COJOL Lisboa 2009
rbitros/as neutros/as.
The Technical Commission shall consist of 3 people, including TD and two delegates from LUGOC Lisbon 2009.
The Meeting of Teams Heads will soon be scheduled. The Protests Commission will form during the Meeting of Teams Heads. The Referees Meeting will take place
immediately after the Meeting of Teams Heads.
Each team should be accompanied 1 FIBA Referee in his Delegation. If participating in male and female competition, 2 Referees must be included in the entourage. All
Referees must be holders of the FIBA international license valid for 2009. With the approval of FIBA, FIBAs neutral Referees will be invited by LUGOC - Lisbon 2009.
9. Controlo Anti-Dopagem Anti-Doping

FIBA e sob as normas da Agncia Mundial Anti-Dopagem (AMA).
The Anti-Doping Control will be done under the directions of the LUGOC Lisbon 2009 Medical Commission and under the FIBA and World Anti-Doping

A competio de Futebol dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia ter lugar na Amadora e em Oeiras entre os dias 11 e 18 de Julho de
2009. O Estdio Nacional, em Oeiras, ser o palco do jogo da final e do terceiro e quarto lugares, bem como o local de treino
de todas as selees. O Estdio Jos Gomes e o Complexo Desportivo Municipal do Monte da Galega, ambos no Concelho
da Amadora, sero os locais de competio da fase de grupos e meias-finais. Estas instalaes desportivas cumprem com
todos os requisitos tcnicos exigidos pela FIFA estando acreditadas para o efeito.
The 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 Football competition will be held in Amadora and Oeiras from July 11th to 18th 2009. The National Stadium, in Oeiras, will host
the final and the bronze medal match. It will also be the training facility for the games. The Jos Gomes Stadium and the Monte da Galega Municipal Stadium, both in
Amadora, will host the phase groups matches and the semi-finals. All the sport facilities have the FIFAs technical requisites being accredited for the competition.

Se estiverem em competio 7 Equipas, formar-se-o dois grupos, um com trs e outro com quatro selees. O quarto
classificado do grupo classifica-se em 7 lugar. As equipas terceiras classificadas disputam o 5 e 6 lugares, as segundas
os 3 e 4 lugares, e os primeiros confrontam-se na final.
Se estiverem em competio 6 Equipas, formar-se-o dois grupos de 3 selees cada. Nas meias-finais, os primeiros classificados do Grupo 1 jogam com os segundos classificados do Grupo 2, e os primeiros classificados do Grupo 2 defrontam
a segunda equipa do Grupo 1. Os terceiros lugares dos grupos jogam entre si para o 5 e 6 lugares. Os vencedores das
meias-finais confrontam-se na final e os derrotados jogam para o 3 e 4 lugares.

7.2 Sorteio Draw

Aps a receo dos formulrios de inscrio final, a COJOL Lisboa 2009 em cooperao com a FPF vai organizar o sorteio.
Este ter lugar no dia 22 de Maio de 2009 pelas 10h30 na sede do Comit Olmpico de Portugal. Os princpios fundamentais
do sorteio sero determinados pelas mesmas instituies. Representantes dos CON devem ser convidados para testemunhar o sorteio.
Upon receipt of the forms of final entry, the LUGOC - Lisbon 2009 in cooperation with the PFF will organize the draw. It will take place on the 22th of May of 2009 by
10.30 in the NOC of Portugals headquarters. Representatives of the NOC should be invited to witness the draw.
7.3 Pontuao Score

Na fase de grupos, a vitria vale 3 pontos, um empate vale 1 ponto e a derrota equivale a zero pontos. Se duas ou mais
equipas terminarem com os mesmos pontos, os critrios de desempate sero os seguintes:
In the Groups Phase, victory earns 3 points, draw 1 point and loss 0 points. If 2 or more teams finished with the same amount of points, the tie criteria will be follow:
1. Maior nmero de pontos obtidos na fase de grupos entre as equipas envolvidas;

1. More points won in the Groups Phase between teams involved;
2. Maior diferena de golos na fase de grupos entre as equipas envolvidas;

6. Melhor comportamento disciplinar, nos termos do presente regulamento;

7. Sorteio pblico, do qual no haver recurso da forma e do resultado.

7. Public draw without appeal about the form or the result.
Nas meias-finais e na final, caso se verifique um empate no final do tempo regulamentar, jogar-se- um prolongamento. Se aps este prolongamento o empate se mantiver, o vencedor ser decidido no desempate atravs de
pontaps da marca de grande penalidade. No jogo para decidir o terceiro e quarto lugar, se o empate se mantiver no
tempo regulamentar, no haver prolongamento e avanar-se- diretamente para o desempate atravs de pontaps
da marca de grande penalidade.
In the semi-finals and final, if theres a draw at the end of the regulation time, there will an extra-time. If after extra-time theres a draw agains, winner will be decided by
penalty kicks. In the bronze medal match, if theres a draw at the end of the regulation time, there will be no extra-time but penalty kicks instead.

7.4 Durao do Jogo e Prolongamento Timing

O jogo tem uma durao de 90 minutos, compe-se de duas partes de 45 minutos cada uma, com um intervalo a no exceder os 15 minutos. Nos jogos das meias-finais e final, o prolongamento tem uma durao de 30 minutos, dividido em dois
perodos de 15 minutos cada um, com um intervalo de 5 minutos entre o tempo regulamentar e o incio do prolongamento.
No haver intervalo entre os dois perodos do prolongamento e os jogadores no devem sair do terreno de jogo sem a
permisso do/a rbitro/a. No haver lugar a prolongamento durante a fase de grupos e no jogo para decidir o terceiro e
quarto lugar.
Game has 90 minutos, composed by 2 parts of 45 minutes each, with a break with no more than 15 minutes. In the semi-finals and final extra-time has 30 minutes,
divided by 2 parts of 15 minutes each with a 5 minute break between the finish of the regulation time and the beginning of the extra-time there will be no break
between the 2 extra-time periods players are not allowed to leave the game field without the referees permission. No extra-time will occur during the groups phase
and in the game who decide the third and fourth places.
7.5 Substituies Players Substitutions

Sero permitidas 5 substituies durante o jogo, incluindo no perodo de prolongamento.
Each team is allowed to do 5 substitutions during the game, including extra-time.
7.6 Falta de Comparncia e Desistncias No show and Withdrawals

No caso de falta de comparncia nos jogos da fase de grupos ou preliminar, sero atribudos 3 pontos equipa vencedora
por falta de comparncia da equipa adversria e o resultado de vitria ser de 3-0. A equipa derrotada por falta de comparncia somar 0 pontos e o resultado de derrota ser de 0-3.
In no show cases in the Groups Phase, 3 points will be given to the winning team and the result will 3-0. The team that didnt show will loose the game 0-3
and scores 0 points.
7.7 Equipamento e Uniformes Equipment and Uniforms

Cada equipa dever utilizar as cores oficiais de acordo com o impresso de registo das cores dos equipamentos enviado
COJOL Lisboa 2009 juntamente com o impresso de inscrio de nmero enviado no dia 15 de Junho de 2009.
Each team will wear the official colors according to the equipment color form send to LUGOC Lisbon 2009, together with the inscription form, in June
the 15th 2009.
8. Controlo Anti-Dopagem Anti-Doping

FIFA e sob as normas da Agncia Mundial Anti-Dopagem (AMA).
The Anti-Doping Control will be done under the directions of the LUGOC Lisbon 2009 Medical Commission and under the FIFA and World Anti-Doping

A responsabilidade da gesto da competio ser assumida pela COJOL Lisboa 2009 e pela Federao Portuguesa de
Futebol (FPF), nomeadamente, atravs da definio dos locais de realizao dos jogos, da elaborao do seu calendrio,
da organizao e administrao da competio, e da adoo de todas as medidas entendidas por convenientes para o
bom desenvolvimento da competio.
A FIFA supervisiona a competio atravs do envio de um/a delegado/a tcnico/a, o qual tem como misso velar pela equidade competitiva e pelo desportivismo, sem intervir no desenrolar da mesma.
The responsibility of the competition management will be assumed by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Portuguese Football Federation (PFF), including, venues location, schedule definition, competition organization and administration, and the adoption of all the convenient measures to a good competition development.
The FIFA supervises the competition through a TD, which is to ensure the fairness and competitive sportsmanship without intervening in the competition conduct.

10. Disciplina Discipline

Do comportamento anti-desportivo de um/a jogador/a, suscetvel de aplicao de sanes imediatas pelos/as rbitros/as,
resultaro as seguintes penalizaes disciplinares:
From an unsporting behavior of a player, capable of immediate implementation of sanctions by the referres, will result the following disciplinary penalties:
1. Suspenso por um jogo, a cumprir no jogo imediato, se resultado da acumulao de cartes amarelos no mesmo jogo;
1. Game Suspension, to do in the next game, if results from the accumulation of yellow cards in the same game;
2. Suspenso por um jogo, a cumprir no jogo imediato, se resultado da acumulao de cartes amarelos em jogos distintos;
2. Game Suspension, to do in the next game, if results from the accumulation of yellow cards in different games;
3. Suspenso por um jogo, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for expulso cometendo as faltas passveis de expulso referenciadas na Lei n 12;
3. Game Suspension, if in the referee report the player was expelled by committing the faults listed in the Law no. 12:
- Anular uma ocasio clara de golo da equipa adversria, tocando deliberadamente a bola com a mo ( exceo do
guarda-redes na sua prpria rea de grande penalidade)
- Denying the opposing team a goal or an obvious goalscoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball (with the exception of a goalkeeper inside his
own penalty rea)
- Destruir uma ocasio clara de golo de um adversrio que se dirija em direo sua baliza cometendo uma falta
passvel de um pontap-livre ou de um pontap de grande penalidade
- Denying an opponent moving towards the players goal in an obvious goalscoring opportunity by committing an offence punishable by a free kick

4. Suspenso por dois jogos, a cumprir nos dois jogos imediatos, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for expulso
cometendo, no quadro da Lei 12, alguma das outras faltas passveis de expulso a referenciadas;

Do comportamento anti-desportivo dos outros agentes resultaro as seguintes penalizaes disciplinares:

From an unsporting behavior of other sport agents, will result the following disciplinary penalties:
1. Suspenso por um jogo, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for advertido duas vezes no mesmo jogo;
1. Game Suspension, if in the referee report has been warned twice in the same game;
2. Suspenso por um jogo, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for cumulativamente advertido em jogos distintos;
2. Game Suspension, if in the referee report has been cumulatively warned in separate games;
3. Suspenso por dois jogos, a cumprir nos dois jogos imediatos, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for expulso;
3. Game Suspension, to do in the next 2 games if in the referee report has been expelled;
4. Suspenso por quatro jogos, a cumprir nos quatros jogos imediatos, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for
expulso e seguidamente reincidir em comportamento suscetvel da mesma sano;
4. Games Suspension, to do in the next 4 games, if in the referee report the was expelled and have had an unsporting behavior sanctioned also with expulsion;

Todas as penalizaes disciplinares acima referidas so de aplicao automtica mesmo que o/a/s interessado/a/s ainda no tenham tido conhecimento oficial por parte da COJOL Lisboa 2009 e da FPF e no esto sujeitas a recurso.
All the disciplinary penalties above result in automatic application even if the interested havent been officialy informed by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 or PFF and they
are not subject to appeal.

Para efeitos de desempate por melhor comportamento disciplinar ser atribuda a seguinte pontuao:
If there is a tie in better disciplinary behavior it will awarded the following score:
1. Aos jogadores 1 ponto por carto amarelo, 3 pontos por um carto vermelho direto e duplicao desta ltima pontuao em caso de reincidncia em expulso direta;
1. To the players 1 point for each yellow card, 3 points for each direct red card and duplication of this score if recurrence in direct expulsion;
2. A todos os outros agentes 3 pontos por advertncia, 9 pontos por expulso direta e duplicao desta ltima pontuao em caso de reincidncia em expulso direta.
2. To all sport agents 3 points for warning, 9 points for direct expulsion and duplication of this score if recurrence in direct expulsion.
Qualquer comportamento desportivo e social reprovvel fora do terreno de jogo ser objeto de anlise pela COJOL Lisboa
2009 e pela FPF, no havendo lugar a recurso das respetivas decises.
Any reprehansible social or sport behaviour outside the sport field will be analyzed by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and by PFF, with no appeal on these decisions.
11. Arbitragem Refereeing

Cada CON dever indicar ao COJOL Lisboa 2009 a nomeao de um/a rbitro/a e de um/a rbitro/a assistente efetuada
pela respetiva Federao de Futebol. A mesma Federao dever ainda remeter FPF essa nomeao.
Each NOC should indicate to LUGOC Lisbon 2009 the nomination of a referee and an assistant. The nominations are done by the correponding
Futeboll Federation to the PFF.
Por Delegao da COJOL Lisboa 2009, a FPF indicar dois elementos pertencentes ao respetivo Conselho de Arbitragem,
ou por este mandatado, que constituiro uma Comisso de Arbitragem.
The PFF, by Delegation of LUGOC - Lisbon 2009, will indicate 2 elements to the Refereeing Committee.
Comisso de Arbitragem, de cujas decises no h lugar a recurso, compete:

The Refereeing Committee, from whose decisions there is no appeal, shall:
1. Nomear as equipas de arbitragem para toda a competio;

1. Nominate the referee teams to all the competition;
2. Efetuar reunies de articulao tcnica de arbitragem aps cada dia de jogos.

2. To do technical referee meetings after each day of Football competition.
De cada jogo dever o/a rbitro/a realizar um relatrio em duplicado um exemplar para o COJOL Lisboa 2009, outro
para a FPF , ambos em impresso fornecido pela FPF, os quais devero ser entregue ao/ Delegado/a da FPF ao jogo
logo aps o trmino deste.
From each game the referee must do a report in duplicate 1 copy to LUGOC - Lisbon 2009 and 1 copy to PFF , both in forms given by the PFF that must be delivered
to the games PFF delegate after it finishes.

Face experincia vivida nos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e indo de encontro s sugestes que visam a melhoria
da competio, no mbito da atratividade e competitividade da mesma, apresentamos o sistema de disputa que procura
responder a esses objetivos. Foi considerado necessrio minimizar as diferenas competitivas entre algumas selees,
pelo qual constituem princpios gerais do formato de competio:
With the experience of the 1st Lusophone Games Macao 2006 and having in mind the suggestions made that aim to improve the competitions quality, atractevness and competitveness, the present system of dispute seeks to respond to these objectives. It was considered necessary to minimize the differences between
some teams, to make it has been constituted the following general principles of the competition format:
A participao das equipas melhor classificadas nos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006 e/ou no ranking mundial
comea na 2 fase da competio.
The best teams in the 1st Lusophone Games Macao 2006 and/or in the world ranking start competing in the 2nd phase.
A realizao de uma fase preliminar que visa o escalonamento das equipas que participam na 2 fase.

Se estiverem em competio 8 Equipas, organiza-se duas Fases Preliminares constituda por seis selees em duas eliminatrias. Na 1 eliminatria confrontam-se quatro equipas. Os derrotados disputam entre si a restante classificao por
eliminatrias. Os vencedores apuram-se para a 2 eliminatria onde encontraro as equipas classificadas em terceiro e
quarto lugares nos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006. Quem vencer disputar as meias-finais com os primeiros e segundos classificados dos 1os Jogos da Lusofonia Macau 2006.. Os vencedores das meias-finais jogam a final e os derrotados
o 3 e 4 lugares.
Se estiverem em competio 6 Equipas, organiza-se uma Fase Preliminar constituda por quatro selees que se organizam num grupo. Os dois primeiros classificados do grupo defrontam o primeiro e segundo classificados dos 1os Jogos da
Lusofonia Macau 2006. A terceira e quarta equipa do grupo disputam a restante classificao. Os vencedores das meiasfinais jogam a final e os derrotados o 3 e 4 lugares.

Lusophone Games Macao 2006. The teams placed in 3rd and 4th in the group dispute the rest of the classification. The semi-finals winners play the final and the
losers will play the bronze medal match.
7.2 Sorteio Draw

Aps a receo dos formulrios de inscrio final, a COJOL Lisboa 2009 em cooperao com a FPF vai organizar o sorteio. Este sorteio ter lugar no dia 22 de Maio de 2009 pelas 11h30 na sede do Comit Olmpico de Portugal. Os princpios
fundamentais do sorteio sero determinados pelas mesmas instituies. Representantes dos CON devem ser convidados
para testemunhar o sorteio.
Upon receipt of the forms of final entry, the LUGOC - Lisbon 2009 in cooperation with the PFF will organize the draw. It will take place on the 22nd of May of 2009 by
11.30 in the NOC of Portugals headquarters. Representatives of the NOC should be invited to witness the draw.
7.3 Pontuao Score

Na fase de grupos, a vitria vale 3 pontos, um empate vale 1 ponto e a derrota equivale a zero pontos. A equipa que obtiver
mais pontos ficar melhor classificada. Se duas ou mais equipas terminarem com os mesmos pontos, os critrios de desempate sero os seguintes:
In the Groups Phase, victory earns 3 points, draw 1 point and loss 0 points. If 2 or more teams finished with the same amount of points, tie criteria will be follow:

Nas meias-finais e na final, caso se verifique um empate no final do tempo regulamentar, jogar-se- um prolongamento. Se
aps este prolongamento o empate se mantiver, o vencedor ser decidido no desempate atravs de pontaps da marca de
grande penalidade. No jogo para decidir o terceiro e quarto lugar, se o empate se mantiver no tempo regulamentar, no haver prolongamento e avanar-se- diretamente para o desempate atravs de pontaps da marca de grande penalidade.
In the semi-finals and final, if theres a draw at the end of the regulation time, there will an extra-time. If after extra-time theres a draw against, winner will be decided by
penalty kicks. In the bronze medal match, if theres a draw at the end of the regulation time, there will be no extra-time but penalty kicks instead.

7.4 Durao do Jogo e Prolongamento Timing

O jogo tem uma durao de dois perodos de 20 minutos cada um. A durao de cada perodo dever ser prolongada para
permitir a execuo de um pontap de grande penalidade. As equipas tm a possibilidade de pedir 1 minuto de tempo morto. O intervalo entre os dois perodos no deve exceder os 15 minutos. Nos jogos das meias-finais e final, o prolongamento
tem uma durao de 10 minutos, dividido em dois perodos de 5 minutos cada, com um intervalo de 5 minutos entre o tempo
regulamentar e o incio do prolongamento. No haver intervalo entre os dois perodos do prolongamento e os jogadores
no devem sair do terreno de jogo sem a permisso do/a rbitro/a.
No haver prolongamento para decidir o terceiro e quarto lugar. Se, no final do tempo regulamentar o jogo estiver empatado, o vencedor ser determinado atravs da marcao de pontaps da marca de grande penalidade.
Game has 40 minutes, composed by 2 parts of 20 minutes each, with a break with no more than 15 minutes. The game period time can be delayed to permit a
penalty kick. Teams may ask for 1 time out of 1 minute. In the semi-finals and final extra-time has 10 minutes, divided by 2 parts of 5 minutes each with a 5 minute break
between the finish of the regulation time and the beginning of the extra-time. There will be no break between the 2 extra-time periods and players are not allowed to
leave the game field without the referees permission.
7.5 Substituies Players Substitutions

O nmero de substituies efetuadas durante um jogo ilimitado. Um jogador que tenha sido substitudo pode voltar superfcie
de jogo para substituir qualquer outro jogador. O guarda-redes pode trocar de posto com qualquer outro jogador.
The substitutions during the game are unlimited. A player that has been substituted can get back to the game in another substitution. The goalkeeper may change
place with any other player.
7.6 Falta de Comparncia e Desistncias No show and Withdrawals

No caso de falta de comparncia nos jogos da fase de grupos e preliminar, sero atribudos 3 pontos equipa vencedora
por falta de comparncia da equipa adversria e o resultado de vitria ser de 3-0. A equipa derrotada por falta de comparncia somar 0 pontos e o resultado de derrota ser de 0-3.
In no show cases in the Groups Phase, 3 points will be given to the winning team and the result will 3-0. The team that didnt show will lose the game
0-3 and scores 0 points.
7.7 Equipamento e Uniformes

Cada equipa dever utilizar as cores oficiais de acordo com o impresso de registo das cores dos equipamentos enviado
COJOL Lisboa 2009 juntamente com o impresso de inscrio de nmero enviado no dia 15 de Junho de 2009.
Each team will wear the official colors according to the equipment color form sent to LUGOC Lisbon 2009, together with the inscription number, in
June the 15th 2009.

FIFA e sob as normas da Agncia Mundial Anti-Dopagem (AMA).
The Anti-Doping Control will be done under the directions of the LUGOC Lisbon 2009 Medical Commission and under the FIFA and World Anti-Doping Agency
(WADA) rules.

A responsabilidade da gesto da competio ser assumida pela COJOL Lisboa 2009 e pela Federao Portuguesa de
Futebol (FPF), nomeadamente, atravs da definio dos locais de realizao dos jogos, da elaborao do seu calendrio,
da organizao e administrao da competio, e da adoo de todas as medidas entendidas por convenientes para o
bom desenvolvimento da competio.
A FIFA supervisiona a competio atravs do envio de um/a delegado/a tcnico/a, o qual tem como misso velar pela equidade competitiva e pelo desportivismo, sem intervir no desenrolar da mesma.
The responsibility of the competition management will be assumed by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Portuguese Football Federation (PFF), including, venues location, schedule definition, competition organization and administration, and the adoption of all the convenient measures to a good competition development.
The FIFA supervises the competition through a TD, which is to ensure the fairness and competitive sportsmanship without intervening in the competition conduct.

Do comportamento anti-desportivo de um jogador, suscetvel de aplicao de sanes imediatas pelos/as rbitros/as,
resultaro as seguintes penalizaes disciplinares:
From an unsporting behavior of a player, capable of immediate implementation of sanctions by the referres, will result the following disciplinary penalties:
1. Suspenso por um jogo, a cumprir no jogo imediato, se resultado da acumulao de cartes amarelos no mesmo jogo;
1. Game Suspension, to do in the next game, if results from the accumulation of yellow cards in the same game;
2. Suspenso por um jogo, a cumprir no jogo imediato, se resultado da acumulao de cartes amarelos em jogos distintos;

3. Suspenso por um jogo, se, nos termos do relatrio do/a rbitro/a, for expulso cometendo as faltas passveis de

Para efeitos de desempate por melhor comportamento disciplinar ser atribuda a seguinte pontuao:
If there is a tie in better disciplinary behavior it will awarded the following score:
1. Aos jogadores 1 ponto por carto amarelo, 3 pontos por um carto vermelho direto e duplicao desta ltima pontuao em caso de reincidncia na expulso direta;
1. To the players 1 point for each yellow card, 3 points for each direct red card and duplication of this score if recurrence in direct expulsion;
2. A todos os outros agentes 3 pontos por advertncia, 9 pontos por expulso direta e duplicao desta ltima pontuao em caso de reincidncia na expulso direta.

Qualquer comportamento desportivo e social reprovvel fora do terreno de jogo ser objeto de anlise pela COJOL Lisboa

Any reprehensible social or sport behaviour outside the sport field will be analyzed by LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and by PFF, with no appeal on these decisions.
11. Arbitragem Refereeing

Cada CON dever indicar ao COJOL a nomeao de um/a rbitro/a e de um/a rbitro/a assistente efetuada pela respetiva
Federao de Futebol. A mesma Federao dever ainda remeter FPF essa nomeao.
Each NOC should indicate to LUGOC Lisbon 2009 the nomination of a referee and an assistant. The corresponding Football Federation does the nominations to the PFF.
Por Delegao da COJOL Lisboa 2009, a FPF indicar dois elementos pertencentes ao respetivo Conselho de Arbitragem,
ou por este mandatado, que constituiro uma Comisso de Arbitragem.
The PFF, by Delegation of LUGOC - Lisbon 2009, will indicate 2 elements to the Refereeing Committee.
Comisso de Arbitragem, de cujas decises no h lugar a recurso, compete:

1. Nomear as equipas de arbitragem para toda a competio;

2. Efetuar reunies de articulao tcnica de arbitragem aps cada dia de jogos.

o trmino deste.

da tabela em sistema de liga (round robin) de forma a se classificarem.

b) O/a competidor/a que perde o concurso nico compete com o/a segundo/a classificado/a do sistema de liga (round

7.2 Sorteio Draw

O sorteio ser organizado pela COJOL Lisboa 2009, sob a superviso do/a DT, e ter lugar no Pavilho Atlntico, s 20h00,
na vspera do primeiro dia de competio.
obrigatria a presena dos/as chefes de equipa no sorteio. As listas de inscritos/as por categoria de peso, sero afixadas
porta da sala de sorteio. Cada chefe de comitiva deve verificar se todos os/as seus/uas atletas esto na lista e na correta
categoria de peso. Depois de realizado, o sorteio no pode ser alterado.
The draw will be organized by LUGOC Lisbon 2009, under the TD supervision. It will be held in the Atlantic Pavilion, at 20.00 in day before the competition starts.
It is mandatory for the team leaders to be present at the draw. The entry list by weight category will be post on the door of the draw room. Each team leader must
verify if all his athletes are on the list and in the correct weigh category. Once done the draw cannot be changed.
7.3 Pesagens Weigh-in

As Pesagens Oficiais decorrero no Hotel Oficial, no mesmo dia em que a categoria se realize, entre as 7h30 e as 8h00. As Pesagens Oficiosas sero entre as 6h30 e as 7h30. Os/as atletas devem pesar-se na categoria em que se encontram inscritos/as.
The official weigh-in will be held in the Official Hotel, in the same day of that weight category competition, between 7.30 and 8.00. The unofficial weigh-in will be done
between 6.30 and 7.30. Athletes must weight in the category they are registered.

O/a oficial que supervisiona a pesagem deve tomar nota e registar o peso do/a atleta em quilogramas (arredondado
at um ponto decimal de um quilograma). No sero permitidas quaisquer tolerncias tanto acima como abaixo da
categoria de peso.
The official supervising the weigh-in shall note and record the athletes weight in kilograms (accurate to one decimal point of a kilogram). No tolerance shall be
allowed either above or below the weight category.
Pesagem fora dos limites prescritos para a categoria:

Failure to weigh within the prescribed limits of a category:
Caso um/a competidor/a pese acima ou abaixo dos limites prescritos pela categoria em que est inscrito; o peso exato
deve ser registado da forma normal. O peso deve ser assinalado com um crculo e assinado por um/a oficial de pesagem.
Should a competitor weigh either above or below the prescribed limits for the category in which he is entered; the exact weight shall be recorded in the normal
manner. The weight shall be circled and signed by a weigh-in official.
O/A atleta deve ser expulso da competio nessa categoria de peso.

Para proteger a privacidade dos/das competidores/as, os/as oficiais que supervisionam as pesagens devem ser do
mesmo sexo que os/as competidores/as.
To protect the privacy of the competitors, officials supervising the weigh-in shall be of the same sex as the competitors.

Ser obrigatrio o uso de judogi azul e judogi branco. Estes devem estar de acordo com os Regulamentos IJF. As judocas
devem usar uma t-shirt branca, no transparente, e o soutien no pode ter qualquer parte rgida. Maquilhagem e joalharia
so proibidas. As unhas devem estar rentes e limpas.
Blue and white judogi wearing is compulsory. The equipments must according to the IJF regulations. The female athletes must wear a t-shirt inside, not tranparent,
and the bra cannot have any rigid part. Makeup and jewelry are prohibited. Nails should be clean and cuted.

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 e a Federao Portuguesa de Judo (FPJ) sero responsveis pelo funcionamento e organizao
da competio de acordo com os regulamentos da IJF e da EJU e sob superviso do/a DT nomeado/a pela IJF.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Judo Portuguese Federation (JPF) are responsible for the competition organization and management, according to the IJF and
EJU rules and under the TD supervision (nominated by IJF).

A presena na reunio condio necessria para que possam arbitrar a prova.
As regras de arbitragem sero as da IJF. Para cada concurso sero nomeados/as 3 rbitros/as. Sempre que possvel os/as
rbitros/as devem ser de nacionalidade distinta dos/as competidores/as que esto a arbitrar.
If necessary referees from countrys/regions non ACOLOP members will be invited to complete the refereeing framework.
The Referees Meeting will be held in the Official Hotel in the 14th of July 2009 at 19.00. The presence in the meeting is a necessary condition to referee the competition.
The refereeing rules will be the ones of IJF. 3 referees will be nominated for each contest. Whenever is possible the referees must be from different nationality as the
athletes they are refereeing.

Os combates preliminares e meias-finais, decorrero em duas reas, os combates para as medalhas de bronze e as finais em
uma rea. Os combates realizam-se em 3 assaltos de 2 minutos cada com um 1 minuto de intervalo (masculinos e femininos).
The preliminary and the semi-finals combats will be disputed in2 competition areas. The bronze medals and the final combats will take place in 1 competition
area. The combats consist in 3 assaults of 2 minutes each and with 1 minute break (male and female).
7.2 Sorteio Draw

A coordenao do sorteio para a prova da responsabilidade do Conselho de Arbitragem. O sorteio ter lugar no Pavilho
Atlntico s 20h00 do dia anterior ao incio da competio. Podero assistir ao sorteio 2 delegados/as de cada CON.
The draw will be organized by LUGOC Lisbon 2009, under the TD supervision. It will be held in the Atlantic Pavilion, at 20.00 in day before the competition

7.3 Pesagens Weigh-in

As Pesagens Oficiais decorrero no dia 15 de Julho s 11h00 no Hotel Oficial. Os/as atletas devem pesar-se na categoria em
que se encontram inscritos/as.
The official weigh-in will be held in the Official Hotel, in July the 15th at 11.00. Athletes must weight in the category they are registered.

de no ser permitido o seu uso. Os uniformes utilizados devero respeitar as normas impostas pela WTF.
The following equipment is compulsory: Dobok, belt, head protector, mouth guard, trunk protector, groin guard, forearm guard, instep guard and gloves. All protections
must be official models approved by the WTF, if not their use will not be permitted. The uniforms must respect the WTF regulations.

Os encontros de equipas sero disputados ao melhor de 5 partidas. O sistema de jogo ser o novo sistema olmpico com

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 dever nomear o/a juiz/a-rbitro/a e os/as rbitros/as necessrios/as para dirigirem a competio.
Estes/as devem ser reconhecidos/as oficialmente pela ITTF como rbitros/as internacionais autorizados/as. Pelo menos
30% dos/as rbitros/as devem ser rbitros/as internacionais qualificados/as pela ITFF. Os/as rbitros/as no devem ser da
mesma nacionalidade que os/as atletas participantes no jogo em questo.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 will nominate the necessary referees to conduct the competition. They must be officially authorized international referees by the ITTF. At
least 30% of the referees must be international. The referees must not be of the same nationality of the players in the game hes or shes refereeing.

Se estiverem a competir 4 equipas, o formato competitivo ser de apuramento direto em sistema play-off.
Se estiverem a competir entre 6 a 10 equipas, sero divididas em 2 grupos, A e B. Todas as equipas vo jogar com cada
adversrio em sistema de liga na fase preliminar. O primeiro e segundo classificado de cada grupo vo jogar em sistema
cruzado as meias-finais, 1 Grupo A contra 2 Grupo B e 1 Grupo B contra 2 Grupo A. Os/as vencedores/as destes jogos
vo disputar as finais e os/as vencidos/as o jogo para apurar o 3 e 4 lugar da competio.
If 4 Teams to compete, the format will be a play-off system.
If 6 to 10 Teams to compete, the teams will be divided into 2 groups (A and B). All Teams will play with each opponent in a league system in the preliminary phase.
The first and second ranked of each group will play in a crossover semi-finals system, 1st Group A vs. 2nd Group B and 1st Group B vs. 2nd Group A. The winners will
contest the final and the losers the medal bronze game.
7.2 Sorteio Draw

A COJOL Lisboa 2009 deve organizar o sorteio sob a superviso do/a DT. Este ter lugar no dia 23 de Maio de 2009 pelas
10h30 na sede do Comit Olmpico de Portugal.
A distribuio na grelha dever obedecer ao ranking mundial em vigor. Caso existam vrias equipas sem ranking dever
efetuar-se um sorteio de forma a atribuir os lugares mais baixos da grelha.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 must organize the draw under the TD supervision. This wil take place on the 23th of May 2009 by 10.30 at the NOC of Portugal headquarters.
The grid distribution should respect the world ranking order. If there are several teams without ranking a draw should be done in order to allocate the places of the lower grid.

Cada equipa dever possuir dois equipamentos completos de diferentes cores. Cada camisola de jogo dever estar identificada com o nome do/a atleta conforme as regras da FIVB.
Os equipamentos devero cumprir os regulamentos da FIVB, nomeadamente o descrito em http://www.fivb.org/EN/Volleyball/
Forms/Documents/FIVB_Volleyball_Sports_Material_Team_Equipment_and_Advertising_Guidelines_20070404.pdf. Dever
ser enviada COJOL Lisboa 2009 a maqueta dos equipamentos at ao dia 15 de Junho de 2009, de forma a estes serem aprovados e homologados.
Each team must have two complete equipments of different colors. Each shirt should be identified with the name of the athlete according the FIVB rules.
The equipments should comply with the FIVB regulations, particularly the content described in http://www.fivb.org/EN/Volleyball/Forms/Documents/FIVB_Volleyball_Sports_Material_Team_Equipment_and_Advertising_Guidelines_20070404.pdf. The layout of the equipments must be sent to LUGOC Lisbon 2009 until
June 15th of 2009, to be approved.

A responsabilidade da gesto da competio da COJOL Lisboa 2009 e da Federao Portuguesa de Voleibol (FPV), sob

The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Volleyball Portuguese Federation (VPF) are responsible for the competition organization and management, according to the FIVB
rules and under the TD supervision (nominated by FIVB).
9.1 Oficiais e Tcnicos Officials and Technician

A Comisso de Controlo dever ser estabelecida antes do incio da competio, separadamente, para o Voleibol. A comisso dever consistir nos seguintes membros:
The control commission should be established before the competition, separately for Volleyball. The commission shall consist of the following members:
Presidente da comisso de controlo;

Control Commission President;
Supervisor/a ou DT da FIVB;
FIVB Supervisor or Technical Delegate;
Supervisor/a ou Delegado/a de Arbitragem;

Referee Supervisor or Delegate;
Diretor/a da Competio;
Competition Director;
Coordenador/a da Competio.

Cada equipa dever estar acompanhada por 1 rbitro/a da FIVB ou rbitro/a Internacional. Caso participem na competio
masculina e feminina, 2 rbitros/as devero estar includos/as na comitiva. O pas anfitrio dever providenciar rbitros/as
Internacionais ou candidatos/as a rbitros/as Internacionais suficientes.
Each team should be accompanied by 1 FIVB Referee or International Referee. If participating in the male and female competition, 2 referees must be included in the
entourage. The host country should provide International referees or candidates to International referees enough.

O/a capito/ da equipa dever escrever o mesmo no boletim de jogo aquando da sua assinatura, a equipa dever submeter por escrito ao/ Presidente da Comisso de Controlo dentro de 1 hora aps o trmino da competio a deciso da
Comisso de Controlo final.
The team captain should submit it per writing in the game bulletin when signing and the team should submit it to the president of the Control Commission within 1
hour after the competition. The decision of the Control Commission is final.

A competio de Voleibol de Praia dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia ter lugar em Oeiras entre os dias 16, 17, 18 e 19 de Julho de
2009, sendo a Praia de Santo Amaro de Oeiras o recinto de competio e de treino. O local de competio cumpre com
todos os requisitos tcnicos exigidos pela FIVB estando acreditada para o efeito.
The Beach Volleyball competition of the 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 will be held in Oeiras between the 16th and 19th of July 2009. The Santo Amaro de
Oeiras Beach is simultaneously the competition and training facility. This sport infrastructure has all the technical requisites demanded by FIVB being accredited for
the competition.

7.2 Equipamentos e Uniformes Equipments and Uniforms

Cada equipa dever possuir dois equipamentos completos de diferentes cores. Cada camisola de jogo dever estar identificada com o pas conforme as regras da FIVB.
Os equipamentos devero cumprir os regulamentos da FIVB, nomeadamente o descrito na pgina 11 do documento http://
www.fivb.org/EN/BeachVolleyball/Rules/RulesoftheGames2007_2008.pdf. Dever ser enviada COJOL Lisboa 2009 a
maqueta dos equipamentos at dia 15 de Junho de 2009 de forma a estes serem aprovados e homologados.
Each team must have 2 complete equipments (different colors). Each shirt must be identified with their country, according to the FIVB rules.
The equipments should comply with the FIVB regulations, particularly the content described in http://www.fivb.org/EN/BeachVolleyball/Rules/
RulesoftheGames2007_2008.pdf. The equipments layout should be sent to LUGOC - Lisbon 2009 until 15th of June of 2009 to be approved.

A responsabilidade da gesto da competio da COJOL Lisboa 2009 e da Federao Portuguesa de Voleibol (FPV), sob
a superviso da FIVB.
The LUGOC Lisbon 2009 and the Volleyball Portuguese Federation (VPF) are responsible for the competition organization and management, according to the
FIVB rules and under the TD supervision (nominated by FIVB).

A Comisso de Controlo dever ser estabelecida antes do incio da competio, separadamente, para o Voleibol de Praia.
A comisso dever consistir nos seguintes membros:
The control commission should be established before the competition, separately for Volleyball. The commission shall consist of the following members:
Presidente da Comisso de Controlo;

Control Commission President;
Supervisor/a ou DT da FIVB;
FIVB Supervisor or Technical Delegate;
Supervisor/a ou DT de Arbitragem;
Referee Supervisor or Delegate;
Diretor/a da Competio;
Competition Director;
Coordenador/a da Competio.

O pas anfitrio dever providenciar rbitros/as Internacionais suficientes.

The host country should provide sufficient International referees.

A dupla dever submeter por escrito ao/ Presidente da Comisso de Controlo dentro de 1 hora aps o trmino da competio, a deciso da Comisso de Controlo final.
The team should submit per writing to the President of the Control Commission within 1 hour after the competition. The decision of the Control Commission is final.

Os/as rbitros/as devem ser de categoria mundial ou continental. O nmero de rbitros/as por delegao limitado:
Pases/regies com equipas inscritas 1 rbitro/a

Countries with registered teams 1 Referees

Os/as restantes rbitros/as sero nomeados/as pela FIVB e pela COJOL.

Other referees will be nominated by FIVB and LUGOC.

XVII. PROCESSO DE ACREDITAO

ACCREDITATION PROCESS
1. Responsabilidade Responsibility
O processo de acreditao ser liderado pelo/a Chefe de Misso de cada Comit Olmpico Nacional (CON) e os formulrios
sero assinados pelo/a Presidente e/ou Secretrio/a-Geral do respetivo CON.
The accreditation process will led by the Chief de Mission of each National Olympic Committee (NOC) and the forms will be signed by the NOCs President and/or
the Secretary-General.
2. Informao sobre os vistos Visa Information

Todos os participantes, de todas as funes, nos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 devero viajar para Portugal j
habilitados com vistos emitidos no estrangeiro pelos consulados portugueses. Esto isentos desta obrigatoriedade
os participantes do Brasil, bem como os de Macau, se titulares de passaportes da Regio Administrativa Especial.
Embora o Servio de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras do Governo da Repblica Portuguesa (SEF) possa facilitar a entrada com
a emisso de um visto especial chegada ao posto de fronteira, apenas o pode fazer a ttulo excecional e quando a
viagem for direta do pas de origem para Portugal. Nos casos em que no existam voos diretos para Portugal e em que o
itinerrio de voo pressuponha a entrada ou trnsito por outro Estado Schengen, o SEF no pode garantir que as autoridades de fronteira desse Estado concedam o necessrio visto. As autoridades de fronteira desse Estado podero sempre
recusar a entrada ou trnsito em Espao Schengen com base na inexistncia de visto para o efeito. Tambm para obstar a
esta possibilidade, importante que todos/as os/as participantes, de todas as funes, dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 viajem munidos dos necessrios vistos consulares.
Os CON devero apresentar a Carta-Convite da COJOL nos respetivos Consulados.
All participants of all functions in the 2nd Lusophone Games - Lisbon 2009 will travel to Portugal with visas issued by foreign Portuguese consulates. Exempt
from this requirement are the participants from Brazil and Macau, if holders of passports of the Special Administrative Region.
Although the Office of Foreigners and Borders of the Government of the Portuguese Republic (SEF) can facilitate the entry with the issuance of a special visa on
arrival at the border, it can only do it exceptionally and when the flight is direct from the country of origin to Portugal. In cases where there are no direct flights
to Portugal and when the route of flight requires the entry or transit through another Schengen State, the SEF cannot guarantee that the border authorities of that
State will grant the necessary visa. The border authorities of that State could always refuse the entry or transit through the Schengen area on the basis of lack of
a visa for this purpose. Also to prevent this possibility, it is important that all participants of all functions of the 2nd Lusophone Games - Lisbon 2009 travel provided
of the necessary consular visa.
The NOC should present the LUGOCs Letter-Invitation to the Consulates.
3. Processo de Acreditao Accreditation Process

Os formulrios do processo de acreditao sero emitidos em suporte fsico e digital para os CON. Cada um desses formulrios deve ser enviados para a Comisso Organizadora dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 (COJOL) dentro dos prazos
definidos no captulo das inscries. So considerados elementos da Delegao os seguintes grupos de participantes:
The forms of the accreditation process will be sent in physical and digital support to the NOC. Each one of these must be sent to the 2nd Lusophone Games
Organizing Committee Lisbon 2009 (LUGOC) until the establish deadlines present in the entries chapter. The following participation groups are considered
Delegation elements:
- Atletas;
- Athletes;
- Oficiais;
- Officials;
- Mdicos/as;
- Doctors;
- rbitros/as da Delgao;
- Delegation referees;
- Adido/a de Imprensa;
- Press Attachs;
- Oficiais CON;
- NOC Officials;
- Convidados do CON.
- NOC guests.
Os elementos das Delegaes tero que assinar o formulrio aceitando todas as premissas que definem a sua participao nos
2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009. Nenhum participante ser acreditado se no aceitar as condies de participao.
The Delegation elements must sign a form accepting all the terms and conditions that define their participation in the 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009. Any
participant will be accredited if he/she does not agree with the participation terms and conditions.

4. Cartes de Acreditao Accreditation Cards

Aps a receo dos formulrios de confirmao dos/as participantes os Cartes de Acreditao sero enviados para os
CON. O/A Chefe de Misso ser responsvel pela distribuio dos cartes entre os elementos da sua Delegao. Todos os
elementos das Delegaes dos 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 devem ser portadores do seu carto de acreditao
chegada a Portugal.
After receiving the confirmation forms of the participants the Accreditation Cards will be sent to the NOC. The Chief de Mission will be responsible for its distribution
to the cardholders of his/her Delegation. All Delegation elements of the 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 must have their accreditation card with them when
arriving to Portugal.

7. Paridade na Participao Participation Parity

Os 2os Jogos da Lusofonia Lisboa 2009 tm como uma das suas matrizes a igualdade do gnero no que respeita participao. Nesse sentido, solicitamos, na medida do possvel, que as Delegaes promovam e respeitam esta matriz sendo
o mais paritrias possveis ao nvel dos/as atletas, oficiais e rbitros/as de Delegao.
One of the matrices of the 2nd Lusophone Games Lisbon 2009 is the gender equality participation. Accordingly, we ask the Delegations, as far as possible, to
promote this matrix being the most parity possible in athletes, officials and Delegation referees.

XVIII. SERVIOS MDICOS

MEDICAL SERVICES
A COJOL tem preparado um sistema de assistncia mdica para todos os/as acreditados/as (atletas, oficiais, mdicos/as,
rbitros/as, juzes/as, adidos/as de imprensa de imprensa, voluntrios/as, VIP e convidados/as VIP) no sentido de garantir os
cuidados primrios de assistncia mdica.
O sistema tem previsto um corredor verde de ligao das instalaes desportivas e hotis ao Hospital dos Lusadas (Lisboa),
onde sero prestados todos os cuidados de sade decorrentes de situaes de emergncia mdica e/ou diagnstico complementar a eventuais leses de natureza desportiva, exclusivamente decorrentes da participao nos Jogos da Lusofonia.
A ativao do sistema dever ter autorizao e/ou conhecimento prvio da COJOL e poder ser feito atravs do contato telefnico disponvel no carto de acreditao, o qual dever ser exibido obrigatoriamente na receo da unidade hospitalar.
The LUGOC has prepared a medical assistance system for all accredited people (athletes, officials, doctors, referees, juries, press attach, volunteers, VIP and VIP
guests) to ensure primary care.
The system has a green way to connect sport facilities and hotels to the Lusiadas Hospital (Lisbon), where will be held all medical care and complementary exams
for diagnosis from emergencies caused by sports injuries occurring in the Lusophone Games participation.
To activate the system the LUGOC must give authorization for it and be informed of the situation through the telephone number placed on the Accreditation Card.
This card must be shown in the Hospitals reception.
