As hastes de aterramento INTEL-HASTE (IH/IHP)

atendem perfeitamente a todos os requisitos das
normas mundiais mais rigorosas, como
NBR 13571/96 e UL-467.
Ncleo de ao carbono SAE 1010/1020 com
revestimento de cobre eletroltico de pureza
mnima de 99,9% sem traos de zinco.
A camada de cobre que constitui o revestimento do
ao obtida atravs do processo de eletrodeposio
andica, de modo a assegurar uma unio inseparvel
e homognea entre os metais.
A espessura nominal da camada de cobre de
254 microns (10 mils).
Com mesmo comprimento e dimetro da
haste IH, a INTELLI tambm oferece hastes
prolongveis (IHP), possuindo roscas nas
extremidades, o que permite ligaes
sucessivas com outras hastes IHP
utilizando-se luvas de aterramento LEH.
Esse tipo de haste de aterramento permite
que se atinjam profundidades de at 30 m
sem que ocorram danos s roscas ou s emendas.

Designed at the Intelli laboratories the INTEL-HASTE (IH-IHP)

meets all requirements by the worlds most rigorous standards
like UL-467 and NBR 13571/96. Made of SAE 1010/1020
electrolitically coated with pure copper.
The copper layer is attached to steel through an
electrolytical cladding process that ensures perfect
bonding with a shiny, flaw-free finishing. Quality Assurance
enforces strict measurements to ensure a minimum 10-mils
(254 microns) copper coating is obtained.
Thicker copper coatings are available upon request.
The Intelli copper bonded ground rods are supplied in the
following diameters: 1/2, 5/8, 3/4 and 1. Length ranges
from 2 ft. to 10 ft.. Special diameters and lengths available upon
request. Intelli also makes threaded rods maintaining the
same characteristics above. Threaded rods are connected
to each other with the Intelli LEH bronze couplings and
are recommended whenever reaching longer soil depth is necessary.
The Intelli copper bonded ground rods are widely used for
grounding power generation plants, transmission and distribution
networks, substations, central telephone office, mobile phone
huts, data processing, industry, housing and in all cases when
protection against power surges and atmospheric discharges are required.

COMPRESSION GROUNDING SYSTEM

Os conectores do sistema SAC so

fabricados em cobre eletroltico
extrudado, eliminando assim a
possibilidade de corroso causada
por metais dissimilares. Possuem
grande massa, garantindo uma tima
resistncia mecnica e grande capacidade
de conduo de corrente eltrica,
quando da sobrecarga. Projetados para
serem instalados com ferramentas
hidrulicas, por um processo de
compresso, no necessitam de
equipamentos e roupas especiais,
sendo a instalao simples, rpida
e de baixo custo, diminuindo assim o
tempo de execuo. Em cada concector
gravado em forma legvel o cdigo
de catlogo, a matriz que dever
ser utilizada na ferramenta de aplicao
e a faixa de condutores, facilitando a
sua identificao.Todos os conectores
so fornecidos com pasta Inteltrox,
em embalagem individual.

The SAC connectors are made of

pure wrought copper which
eliminates corrosion caused by use
of dissimilar metals and
provides 99,99% conductivity
whereas exothermic connections
will barely reach 40%
when correctly installed.
Its range-taking connectors
reduce large inventories to a
minimum necessary. One single
connector can be used for various
types of connection on diferent
sizes of conductors, ground rods
or rebars.The SAC also features easy
inspectability by the installer of each
connection. Every connector is marked
with conductor size or ground rod/rebar
diameter, die to be used for easy
identification of the correct connector
avoiding misinstallation and delays.
Come rain, wind, snow or other harsh
elements SAC connectors can be
installed just the same because of
the ease of its installation process.
No more delays due to unappropriate
wheather conditions. Restricted areas
will prohibit use of exothermic connections
due to hot metal particles flying during
installation and high risk of accidents.
Because it is cold-installed SAC makes
work at restricted environments safe and
easy protecting individuals and installations.
All SAC connectors are prefilled with
Intellis Inteltrox oxide inhibitor
containing copper particles.

Na opo de conexo de haste de

zincado, os componentes C e Cunha
do conector CCA sero estanhados,
o que impedir a acelerao corrosiva
que ocorre no contato de dois metais
com sries galvnicas bem diferentes,
como o caso do cobre e do zinco.
A instalao do CCA necessita apenas
de alicate tipo bomba dgua 12.

The CCA is made for use on grounding

systems to connect the grounding
conductor to a ground rod.
The C frame and the wedge are
made of copper alloy, which provide
high conductivity and high corrosion
and mechanical resistance. If youre
using galvanized rods and conductors
then your grounding wedge connector
is the tin-plated CCA which will provide
sound grounding with no corrosion.
The CCA is very easy to install and
requires no special tool but regular 12 splices.
