Observações (Remarks)
1) A embarcação empregada na navegação de cabotagem, cruzeiro marítimo, apoio marítimo e pesca está autorizada a trafegar em qualquer porto ou
terminal aquaviário nacional, , durante a validade do Passe de Saída por Período, desde que na sua chegada e saída, sejam encaminhados ao OD da
jurisdição onde a embarcação estiver, os respectivos Avisos de Entrada e de Saída.
(The vessel engaged in coastal trade, cruise, offshore support and fishing navigation is authorized to transit in any national port or waterways terminal, provided
that when arriving and departing, the respective Arrival and Departure Communications are forwarded to the jurisdictional OD of where the vessel is.)

2) A embarcação empregada na navegação interior está autorizada a trafegar em qualquer porto ou terminal aquaviário, dentro dos limites da navegação
interior e da lotação de passageiros, durante a validade do Passe de Saída por Período, desde que na chegada e saída destes, sejam encaminhados ao OD da
jurisdição onde a embarcação estiver, os respectivos Avisos de Entrada e de Saída.
(The vessel engaged in the inland navigation is authorized to transit in any port or waterways terminal, within the limits of inland navigation and of the passenger
capacity, during the validity of the Outgoing Pass, provided that when arriving and departing, the respective Arrival and Departure Communications are forwarded
to the jurisdictional OD of where the vessel is).
