Esta customização a título de exemplo caracteriza-se pela substituição de materiais e

acabamentos utilizados em equipamentos standard, como é o caso dos postes em aço
galvanizado pintado que passam a ser fabricados em alumínio, das peças em aço inoxidável
AISI304 que passam a ser fabricadas em aço inoxidável AISI316 e dos acessórios de
fixação zincados que passam a ser em inox A4.

The slides can be chosen in different materials
and colours: Straight or curved moulded PE
slides in yellow or grey colour. Full stainless
steel in on-piece design for more vandalism
proof solutions.
Nets and ropes are made of UV-stabilised PA
with inner steel cable reinforcement. The rope is
induction treated in order to create a strong
connection between steel and rope which leads
to good wear resistance.
The hang-on puller is designed with at welded
steel core and covered with low-density PE
housing. The two hot dip galvanised steel
handles are angled to provide best possible
ergonomic while gliding. The wheels of the
puller are made of low noise TPU and installed
with sealed ball bearings.

Os trabalhos iniciam com a abertura de caixa à cota -0,90m.

A base é regularizada e nivelada. Sobre esta é colocada uma manga plástica e a rede
electosoldada nervurada (posicionada sobre apoios/espaçadores que asseguram o
conveniente posicionamento).
É betumada a lage com betão C34/45 XS3 (P) CI0,2 S3 e acabamentoa régua
vibratória, com aplicação de produto de cura SRONGCURE para hidratação da
superfície.
É descofrada a lage após cura de betão. Sobre a lage é montado o equipamento, fixo
em "sistema surface", através de bucha química adquada às condições em causa.
Colocação do material de escavação na área circundante e nivelamento da mesma à
cota 0 do equipamento, assegurando um recobrimento de 70cm sobre a lage.
