Segundo Prades et al. (2012), a água de coco pode agir como meio
de crescimento de microorganismos, especialmente “nata de coco” bacterium;
além de agir também como meio indutor para divisão celular de células
maduras.

7 CONCLUSÃO
Espera-se que esse estudo preliminar seja base para uma nova
perspectiva de uso da água de coco como bioproduto eficaz e promissor,
além de poder fundamentar a geração de uma nova patente útil para o Brasil.
