The fuly-assembled manifold made from PE 100 is integrated into the manifold chamber. The manifold has @ pohmer ball vave DN 32 for each connection inthe flow segment as a cut-off device and a flowmeter which can be adjusted and cut ff of also a polymer ball ‘valve nthe return segment The ball valve DN 25 which is already installed onthe top ofthe manifold aids optimum filing, rinsing and ventlation, Pipe sockets {ed from the chamber forthe fd circuit connections and the header pipe connections which are welded tight to the chamber wall. Inthe cease of chambers with 6 outlets, welded pl pipes are available on request. The manifold chamber has a seal in the cover. The manifold is pressure tested inthe plant; the manifold chamber is tested in the plant for leaktightness.
