improve your process, this is not innovation of the
process. This is improvement of the process. But you can
consider how innovation in the characteristic of the
process, but is a level under of the process.

Inovação é o Novo e o Diferente e não o Mais e o Melhor.

As pessoas confundem sobre este conceito. Se voce tem
um processo que aparece uma nova idéia você melhorou
o processo, mas o processo é o mesmo. Vc não inovou o
processo. Vc inovou uma característica do processo. Esta
característica sofreu uma inovação, mas não o processo
em si.

Assim também é na vida voce, tem que renovar

constantemente e sair da caixa senão voce está frito

como pessoa e como profissional .

demoram mais. Gostos , novas formas de ver as coisas,

paixão? É o que terá valor sustentável em minha
companhia?

Estou trabalhando com qualidade de vida para mim e

para os meus amigos inovadores? Tenho tempo para a
família fazendo com que o meu negócio esja sustentável?
Afinal negócio sustentável depende de sociedade e

pessoa sustentável.

It is necessary to create the innovation in yourself ,

yourprocess, yourlife, yourcompany.

You should understand the meaning of innovation and

understand the dynamic of the innovation. The
fundament is to organize , to plan and to administrate.
It is very important that he innovation won’t lose the
focus of the market or the life. What will make difference
in my spiritual life? What trip i would like to do this week,
same that i don’t have enough money? How can i
aggregate a real motivation in my team? How can i coach
my team in practice way? My business is a business that i
love or not? Can i be / to maintain in the better? My
business will give a sustainable value for the society?

Am i working with quality of the life for me, for my

family, and for my friends from my company? I have time
for my family, and this time will help me in my business
sustainable. Remember Business sustainable depend on

society sustainable or human sustainable.

Inovação economica ou seja sempre que vc tem um

negócio mas não está dando lucro, ou vc ganha seu
salário e não poupa antes de gastá-lo.

save before to spent.

seu produto . Num exemplo mais simples do ser
humano, o adolescente, começa a viver a sua vida de
adulto. é uma inovação de padrão ou hábito ) que vem a
nível inconsciente .

in Brasil sell their product to population more poor, and is
a success. Imagine if you sell your product to population
