Resumo
 Mamma Mia! é um musical adaptado do livro
da dramaturga britânica Catherine Johnson,
baseado nas canções do grupo pop sueco ABBA,
compostas por Benny Andersson e Björn Ulvaeus.
O enredo é adaptado do filme Buona Sera, Mrs.
Campbell, de 1968, estreado por Gina
Lollobrigida.
 Este filme fala de Donna que foi mãe cedo, é
solteira, bastante independente e gere um antigo
spa.
 A sua filha, uma jovem noiva, quer encontrar
o seu verdadeiro pai, antes do seu casamento.
Mas o problema é que não tem a certeza de
quem ele seja. Sophie encontra um diário da
mãe no sótão onde ela confessava com quem se
envolveu no Verão em que engravidou.
Secretamente, envia três convites para Sam
Carmichael, Harry Bright e Bill Anderson, para
que os três compareçam ao seu casamento.
No desenrolar da história Donna descobre que
ainda ama  Sam e Sophie não consegue descobrir
qual dos três é o seu pai.
Este filme garante bastante alegria e entusiasmo,
pois os três "supostos" pais chegam a pensar ser
todos pais de Sophie e Donna apercebe-se que
continua nervosa com a presença dos três.
