Artigo a classe de palavras que se

antepe ao substantivo para definir, limitar
ou modificar seu uso. Os artigos dividem-se
em definido ( the definite article) e
indefinido ( the indefinite article).

Usos:
a. Quando estamos falando de alguma coisa
especfica, definida.
He wrote some letters and postcards. The lettres
were to his children.

Quando falamos de um nico todo.
