Recuperar o REGEDIT

1. Iniciar / Executar
Na barra de edio.
2. Digite: GPEDIT.MSC e tecle Enter.
3. Caminhe para:
Configurao do usurio
Modelos administrativos
Sistema
Na tela do lado direito:
Duplo-clique em: Impedir acesso a ferramenta de edio do
Registro
Selecione a opo: Desativado
Clique em OK.
4. Feche tudo
5. Reinicialize o micro.
6. Quando o Windows estiver ativo, tente abrir o
REGEDIT em Iniciar / Executar

Opo de Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Desabilitar

Restaurar o MSCONFIG

Verificar no registro do Windows

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\MSCONFIG.EXE = no possui est pasta.
Em cima da pasta App Paths \ novo \ chave \ criamos
MSCONFIG.EXE

Dados de Valor = c:\Windows\Pchealth\helpctr\binaries\msconfig.exe

Reiniciar a maquina e tentar acessar o MSCONFIG se gerar um outro erro

Expand d:\i386\helpctr.ex_ c:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helpctr.exe
(enter)
