1. Vesturio obrigatrio:
Uso de jaleco em tempo integral;
Uso de touca em tempo integral;
Uso de mscara para pesagem e manipulao;
Uso de luvas para pesagem e manipulao;

A chamada ser feita com 15 minutos de aula. Portanto a tolerncia mxima para chegar ao
laboratrio at as 19:05;
Os alunos s podero fazer aula prtica se estiverem devidamente vestidos;
As fichas tcnicas devero ser confeccionadas antes da execuo das frmulas;

SOLUES
1. Partculas pequenas de uma mesma substncia dissolvem mais rapidamente do que as partculas maiores,
portanto melhor triturar a substncia para que seu tamanho diminua;
2. Para uma solubilizao mais rpida melhor levigar a substncia com um lquido viscoso, como o
propilenoglicol ou glicerina;
3. Quanto mais solvel for a substncia, mais rpida ser sua dissoluo;
4. Quando se prepara um elixir ou uma soluo hidro-alcolica aconselhvel dissolver os constituintes
solveis no lcool antes de mistura-lo ao restante do veculo e os constituintes hidrossolveis devem ser
previamente solubilizados na gua.
5. Agitadores magnticos, misturadores eltricos economizam tempo e ajudam a preparar produtos
uniformes;
6. A filtrao de um lquido pode ajudar na obteno de produtos claros, lmpidos
7. Um medidor de pH barato, ajuda na conferncia do pH e a preveno de incompatibilidades relacionadas
a esse pH
8. Dissolver sais em uma quantidade mnima de gua antes de adicion-lo a um veculo viscoso
9. Agitar constantemente quando misturar dois lquidos minimiza incompatibilidades devido aos efeitos da
concentrao
10. Quando incorporar um material insolvel, levigar o p com uma pequena poro do veculo ou um lquido
miscvel com o veculo
11. Agitar gentilmente e no chacoalhar o produto para evitar a formao de espuma
12. Adicione lquidos de alta viscosidade a lquidos de baixa viscosidade com agitao constante
13. Sempre esteja atento ao pH e concentrao alcolica dos produtos preparados
14. Quando filtrar, esteja atento sobre o que est sendo retido no filtro
15. Quando trabalhar com hidrocolides, deixar que hidratem lentamente antes de qualquer incorporao
16. Quando selecionar um veculo, estudar a concentrao do frmaco, solubilidade, pKa, sabor e
estabilidade.
17. Consideraes ou estudos sobre o veculo devem incluir pH, aroma e sabor, edulcorante, cor,
conservantes, viscosidade, compatibilidade e, se indicado, agentes suspensores e emulsificantes.
18. Quando preparar elixires, dissolver os constituintes solveis em lcool no lcool e os constituintes
solveis na gua, em gua. Adicione a soluo aquosa soluo alcolica, com agitao, para manter alta
a concentrao do lcool, o mais possvel.

26. Um aumento na temperatura geralmente permite um aumento na solubilidade e na velocidade de
dissoluo de um frmaco. Algumas excees so o Hidrxido de Clcio e Metilcelulose
27. A solubilidade de um frmaco no inico pode ser aumentada ou diminuda pela adio de um eletrlito
28. A solubilidade de uma substncia cida pouco solvel aumentada quando o pH do meio aumentado
(converso a sal)
29. A efetividade de um conservante pode estar relacionada ao pH. Por exemplo: Parabenos so geralmente
utilizados na faixa de 4 a 8, Clorobutanol requer pH menor que 5 e, o Benzoato de sdio mais efetivo em
pH ao redor de 4.

O termo PPM refere-se a Partes Por Milho em massa em volume. Para um soluto em concentraes
muito pequenas, a expresso da concentrao em termos de %p/v torna-se muito dificultosa. Nestes
casos, comum o uso da unidade partes por milho (PPM).
Ento,
1PPM significa, 1 parte de SOLUTO (em mcg, mg, g, kg, litros ,etc) em 1.000.000 de partes de
SOLUO (em mcg, mg, g, kg, litros ,etc). Assim:
1PPM 1mg de soluto _______________________1.000.000ml* de soluo
*(Nestes casos, deve-se usar em termos de volume, para adequar ao termo SOLUO)
3PPM 3mg de soluto _______________________3.000.000ml* de soluo
23. Quantos miligramas de Fluoreto de Sdio (NaF) so necessrios para se preparar a formula
abaixo, sabendo-se que a dissoluo de uma colher de ch (5,0ml) da soluo abaixo em 235ml
