design de ambientes modernos.
O M-LINER da Microcrete, nas variantes Betão, Aço Corten e Gelo Espatulado, de
aplicação versátil em paredes, tetos ou até mesmo mobiliário, permite a criação de
espaços industriais e irreverentes.
Disponível em 3000x1000mm e com uma espessura de 1-2mm, a tela M-LINER
apresenta sempre nuances variadas, tornando-se num modelo único, devido ao seu
processo de fabrico manual. Os efeitos de bolhas de ar no M-LINER Betão, de ferru-
gem no M-LINER Aço Corten ou irregulares no M-LINER Gelo Espatulado, podem
ser produzidos com maior ou menor intensidade, permitindo obter um efeito
diferenciador nos projetos.
The surfaces in exposed concrete, oxidized iron and with a spatuled effect are a current trend
in the design of modern environments.
The Microcrete M-LINER product, in its “Betão”, “Aço Corten” and “Gelo Espatulado” versions,
are easy to apply on walls, ceilings or even furniture, allowing the creation of industrial and
irreverent spaces.
Available in 3000x1000mm and 1-2mm thick, the M-LINER always presents different nuances,
becoming a unique model, due to its manual manufacturing process.
The air bubbles effect of the M-LINER Betão, the rust of the M-LINER Aço Corten and the
irregularities of the M-LINER Gelo Espatulado can be reproduced with various levels of intensi-
ty, thus creating a different effect on each design project.

PACK
O Pack M-LINER é composto por uma tela M-LINER de 3000x1000mm,
juntamente com a cola M-LINER para a aplicação da tela.
A cor e a textura (lisa ou espatulado) da tela M-LINER é escolhida pelo
cliente.
Ferramentas como espátula, x-ato e rolo não estão incluídos no Pack
M-LINER, mas podem ser adquiridos à parte, aquando da encomenda.
The M-LINER Pack includes a 3000x1000mm M-LINER sheet, along with the
M-LINER Glue for the application.
The colour and texture (smooth or spatulated) are chosen by the client.
Tools such as spatula, blade cutter and roller are not included in the pack).

APLICAÇÃO / APPLICATION
Processamento / Processing
A tela M-LINER pode ser facilmente cortada à medida usando um
x-ato e uma régua metálica. / The M-LINER sheet can be easily cut using a
blade cutter and a metallic ruler.
Colas / Glues
Existem 2 tipos de cola para aplicação da tela M-LINER. / There are 2
types os glue for the M-LINER sheet application.
Para aplicação em gesso cartonado, madeira ou betonilha utiliza-se o
M-LINER Cola que está pronto a usar e aplica-se com um rolo de pelo
curto. / When applying on plasterboard, wood or screed, the M-LINER Cola
glue should be used. This glue is ready to use and must be applied using a short
pile paint roller. Para aplicação em azulejo ou cerâmico utiliza-se o
M-LINER Kit Cola Azulejo, pois temos que fazer a regularização da
superfície antes de aplicar a tela M-LINER. O M-LINER Kit Cola Azule-
jo é aplicado com uma palustra. / When applying on tile or ceramics the
M-LINER Kit Cola Azulejo glue should be used in order to get a uniform surface
before applying the M-LINER sheet. This glue is applyed using a trowel.
Aplicação / Application
1º Aplicar o M-LINER Cola, com um rolo de pelo curto, na superfície
onde se irá aplicar a tela M-LINER. / Apply the M-LINER Cola glue with a
short pile paint roller on the surface you want to place the M-LINER sheet.
2º Retirar a película transparente do verso da tela M-LINER antes de
aplicar. / Remove the transparent film of the M-LINER sheet before applying it.
3º Aplicar a tela M-LINER sobre a superfície já com a cola, com a ajuda
de uma espátula. / Apply the M-LINER sheet on the glued surface using a spatule.
4º Cortar o excesso da tela M-LINER com a ajuda de um x-ato e de
uma régua metálica. / Cut the excess M-LINER sheet using a blade cutter
and a metal ruler.
5º Limpar com um pano húmido a tela M-LINER para limpar o excesso
de cola. / Clean the M-LINER sheet with a damp cloth to remove the excess glue.
6º Deixar secar 3 horas e aplicação concluída. / Allow ir to dry for 3 hours
and that is it.
CATÁLOGO / CATALOGUE
O catálogo M-LINER tem disponíveis 20 cores, em textura lisa e espa-
tulada. A tela M-LINER pode também ser afinada a uma cor RAL ou
NCS. / There are 20 colours available in our catalogue, both smooth and
spatulated. Matching with RAL and NCS colours is also possible.
