ABSTRACT
The article discusses the history of education and the integration of women into
the labour market. The school both from the existential point of view, how much
academic is seen as symbolic passage that would lead to the occupation of the
scarce social places and still is fragile in the face of uncertainty one realizes
that field, pedagogical essays dares to make and, in most cases the lack of time to
devote to education because their educational responsibility is comprehensive as
mother, woman, father, a psychologist, educator, etc. In this quest to advance
professionally in education the woman shows us claw, fight, determination,
dedication, energy and love for the profession. We have today, winning woman who
believe in their ability to defeat the social injustices. We have Ministers,
district governors, Presidents, great entrepreneurs, and other professions
developing activities taken before as male jobs. Today, they have conquered even
the right to vote, which before it was vetoed, but to get here fought against the
social system found in Brazil since the implementation of the Brazilian educational
system. Even though many of them work in the same roles as men, still receive
different values, except a few exceptions. The pedagogical work suffer
transformations insofar as education progresses to carry inclusive education in a
country that is very late in the relationship between genres.
INTRODUÇÃO
Mesmo depois de muitas lutas ao longo dos anos da sua vida profissional, a mulher
sempre fora considerada como gênero inferior, que devia ocupar os espaços sociais
na área educacional que não mais interessava aos homens, e quando dividiam os
mesmos espaços, ocupando as mesmas atividades, seu salário era inferior. Os homens
sempre se consideraram os donos do poder, mas hoje é preciso reconhecer o lugar
legítimo da mulher no seu espaço social e profissional para superação da posição
dos que se revestem da autoridade para que haja equilíbrio para ela trabalhar com
segurança e interesse na sua formação.
