Enauta Divulga Produção do 1º Trimestre de 2021

A Enauta Participações S.A (“Enauta”, “Companhia”, B3:ENAT3), divulga a Produção do 1º trimestre de 2021.
A produção total da Companhia no 1º trimestre de 2021 foi de 1,05 milhão de barris de óleo equivalente
(boe), ou produção média diária de 11,7 mil boe. Este valor inclui gás e óleo conforme indicado nas tabelas
abaixo.

A produção retornou em 19 de fevereiro por meio de um poço produtor e registrou produção média diária de 9,9 mil bbl

A transferência dos 50% anteriormente detidos pela Barra Energia no Campo de Atlanta já foi autorizada pelo CADE e no momento
encontra-se em processo de aprovação pela ANP. Após esse evento, a Enauta terá 100% de participação no Campo.

Enauta Reports 1st Quarter 2021 Production

Enauta Participações S.A. (“Enauta”, “Company”, B3:ENAT3”) today announced 1st quarter 2021 production.

The company’s total production in 1Q21 was 1.05 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe), or average daily
production of 11.7 thousand boe. This amount includes gas and oil as shown in the tables below.
