INTEGRAÇÃO DAS VICE-PRESIDÊNCIAS

A Hapvida Participações e Investimentos S.A. (B3:HAPV3) (Hapvida ou Companhia), em

cumprimento às normas vigentes, comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral a unificação
das Vice-Presidências de suporte da Companhia, em linha com o plano de integração pós-fusão com
o Grupo NotreDame Intermédica (NDI). Essa integração não altera a estrutura de gestão das áreas
de Operações e Assistência à Saúde, que permanecem segregadas e com seus atuais Vice-
Presidentes Sr. Alain Benvenuti, pelo Hapvida, e Srs. Joel de Souza e Massanori Shibata Jr, pela NDI.

A composição da nova liderança tem seus alicerces nas experiências profissionais de ambos os grupos
de executivos (Hapvida e NDI), e reflete o comprometimento da Companhia com o processo de
integração e simplificação de sua estrutura organizacional, parte importante do projeto de
crescimento sustentável com ganhos de sinergias. A partir desta data, os Vice-Presidentes abaixo
passam a serem os líderes das respectivas áreas da empresa combinada, com reporte direto aos co-
CEOs Jorge Pinheiro e Irlau Machado:

Sr. Heraldo Silva o Vice-Presidente responsável pela Hapvida e o Sr. Marcelo Marques Moreira pela
NDI, conforme indicado acima.
As mudanças de cargos que porventura impactem o estatuto social da Companhia ainda deverão ser
aprovadas pelos acionistas a serem reunidos em assembleia geral oportunamente convocada para
tal.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

INTEGRATION OF VICE PRESIDENCIES

Hapvida Participações e Investimentos S.A. (B3:HAPV3) (Hapvida or Company), in compliance with

current regulations, communicates to its shareholders and the market in general the unification of
the Vice Presidencies of the Company’s support areas, in line with the post-merger integration plan
with the Group NotreDame Intermédica (NDI). This integration does not change the management
structure of the Operations and Health Care areas, which remain segregated and with their current
Vice Presidents Mr. Alain Benvenuti, for Hapvida, and Messrs. Joel de Souza and Massanori Shibata
Jr, for NDI.

The composition of the new leadership is based on the professional experiences of both groups of
executives (Hapvida and NDI) and reflects the Company's commitment to the process of integration
and simplification of its organizational structure, an important part of the project for sustainable
growth with gains of synergies. As of this date, the Vice Presidents below become the leaders of the
respective areas of the combined company, reporting directly to the Co-CEOs Jorge Pinheiro and Irlau
Machado:

The Integration areas of Hapvida and NDI remain with their dedicated leaders, with Mr. Heraldo
Silva as the Vice President responsible for Hapvida and Mr. Marcelo Marques Moreira as the Vice
President responsible for NDI, as indicated above.
Changes in positions that may impact the Company's bylaws must still be approved by the
shareholders to be convened in a timely general meeting called for that purpose.

The Company continues to implement its integration program and will keep the market and its
shareholders timely informed about its developments.
