The following materials are required for dismantling / assembly:

2 x hex screw M8x40 mm, through-hole thread for forcing off the cover
Puller for ball bearings
Screwdriver with 90° angled tip for knocking out interior ball bearings
Mounting sleeves with the following dimensions: Inner diameter: 30mm; 33mm; 62mm
Outer diameter: 38mm; 38mm; 70mm;
Alternatively a size 27 wrench socket (instead of a sleeve with outer diameter 38mm) can also be used!

The following parts must be replaced when making repairs:

1. Dismantling
Loosen the fastening screw of the V-belt pulley.

Force the belt pulley (8/1) off the eccentric shaft.

The belt pulley fastening is a conical seat.

Screw the hex bolts M8x40mm into the cover

and force off the cover.

compensating washers, if present.

Danger of injury due to eccentric rotation.

The bearing is also knocked out of the housing.

Knock the bearing onto the adjusting eccentric shaft
with a mounting sleeve.

shaft and the adjusting gear, pay attention
to the longitudinal groove (see arrow
marking, as shown in the Fig.) and the spiral
groove of the adjusting gear.

Replace the cupper washer!

Important: Tighten the M16 12.9 fastening screws for the exciter
housing to 315 Nm and the M12 12.9 screws to 135 Nm!

After mounting the exciter housing on the floor plate, fill the exciter housing
with the specified oil and oil quantity:

Oil types: Fully-synthetic gear oil, API-GL-5/GL4,

e.g. Fuchs Titan Sintopoid LS SAE 75 W 90

Oil quantity: 1.25 liters
