Caro/a senhor/a,

Informamos que o seu Número de Identificação de Segurança Social (NISS) já foi criado e deve ser levantado num
Serviço de Atendimento da Segurança Social.

Para evitar filas de espera pode marcar o seu atendimento através da Linha de Marcações 210 548 888 ou 300 088 888,
dias úteis das 9h00 às 18h00.

O levantamento é efetuado pelo próprio, a quem foi atribuído o NISS, com a apresentação do documento de identificação
válido (bilhete de identidade, passaporte, autorização de residência ou outro documento de identificação civil).

Caso necessite de mais informações sobre os seus direitos e canais de atendimento do Instituto da Segurança Social, IP.

document must be collected at a Social Security Customer Information Service.

To avoid queues, you may schedule your appointment through the Appointment Line 210 548 888 or 300 088 888,
business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The NISS document collection is made by the citizen himself/herself (to whom the NISS was allocated) with submission of
a valid ID document (identity card, passport, residence permit or other civil identification document).

You may find more information about your rights and the service channels of the Social Security Institute (Instituto da
Segurança Social, I.P.) on the Social Security Portal (also available in English), at www.seg-social.pt
