Definição do
problema
O problema em questão deste projeto é a plataforma
moodle, destinada para fins académicos.

Esta plataforma contem diversas problemáticas que

condicionam o desempenho dos estudantes.
Posteriormente irão ser mencionados alguns dos
problemas presentes no mesmo, e quem é mais afetado.

Quem é
afetado por
este problema?
Os estudantes são o grupo de pessoas mais
afetadas com este problema. A falta de
organização e coerência da plataforma cria
duvidas e problemáticas desnecessárias,
principalmente para os novos estudantes da ESE.

Sobretudo em períodos com as aulas online, o

facto da plataforma não ser esclarecedora e
intuitiva dificultou a integração dos estudantes no
ensino académica. Mesmo depois de um período
de adaptação, o uso continuo torna-se fatigante.

 Porquê mudar?

O moodle é uma das ferramentas essenciais no percurso académico de cada

estudante bem como na profissão dos docentes que o usam. Infelizmente esta
plataforma não parece estar ajustada as necessidades dos seus utilizadores devido a
várias características, nomeadamente:

• As disciplinas do ano anterior misturam se com as do ano atual, o que gera

confusão.
• Existe indicação de uma percentagem que não é real ao progresso dos
projetos da cadeira.
• O calendário é difícil de consultar porque não existem distinções entre
cadeiras, nem entre turmas.
• A informação sobre os nomes das cadeiras parece secundaria devido aos
padrões coloridos e à indicação da percentagem.
• A informação lateral dos prazos de entrega é confusa porque não existe
hierarquia de informação nem distinção entre cadeiras.
Como podemos
melhorar na
experiência académica?
O moodle é um dos instrumentos de uso que mais tem
influência na adaptação de um estudante na entrada ao ensino
superior, bem como no resto do seu percurso. Para
percebermos as suas necessidades, é imprescindível a
realização de um inquérito para reunir dados tais como, qual
a frequência e modos de utilização da plataforma, se esta é
acessível e se existem sugestões. Com estes dados, é nos
permitida fazer uma análise cuidadosa sobre como incorporar
alterações que façam sentido, em conjunto com os
conhecimentos no âmbito do design gráfico adquiridos
anteriormente.

Inquérito
Para podermos conhecer os utilizadores que utilizam o
moodle foi necessário realizar um inquérito em que
demonstrasse os seus hábitos, gostos e preferências
relacionadas à plataforma, de forma a que pudéssemos fazer
um estudo preciso de como podemos torna-lo mais acessível e
intuitivo.

Este inquérito tem como alvo os estudantes da Escola

Superior de Educação (ESE) que estejam a frequentar o
ensino de licenciatura ou mestrado e em que a plataforma
moodle seja uma parte importante das suas vidas académicas.

É composto por várias perguntas de escolha múltipla e

resposta livre, baseadas na interação com a página inicial do
moodle e questionando quão prático e organizado cada atalho
é para o utilizador.

You can add and edit some infographics to your presentation to show your data in a visual way.

● Choose your favourite infographic and insert it in your presentation using Ctrl C
+ Ctrl V or Cmd C + Cmd V in Mac.
● Select one of the parts and ungroup it by right-clicking and choosing
“Ungroup”.
● Change the color by clicking on the paint bucket.
● Then resize the element by clicking and dragging one of the square-shaped
points of its bounding box (the cursor should look like a double-headed arrow).
Remember to hold Shift while dragging to keep the proportions.
