Neste captulo vamos aprender sobre palavras que aparecem a toda hora em ingls. Com o que voc
j sabe sobre MARCADORES ser possvel entender todas elas, e reconhec-las quando aparecem.

Agora veja os significados das seguintes palavras:
Thing significa simplesmente coisa.
Body significa, literalmente, corpo, mas ns vamos ver que, nas combinaes de palavras a
seguir, body tambm se refere a pessoas.
One one, como j viu-se em captulo anterior (releia a explicao, se desejar), substitui qualquer
WHAT que j tenha sido mencionado, para economizar e no precisar repetir cada vez; nas combinaes
que veremos em seguida, one tambm se refere a pessoas.

se sentindo pior ontem. Hoje ela est bem.

Em ingls quando nos referimos a roupas e acessrios, ns usamos wear = vestir ou usar no corpo.
Ex.: She wears small earrings. Ela usa brincos pequenos.
He wears brown pants. Ele veste calas marrons.
Use = usar utilizado nas outras situaes, com sentido de fazer uso de alguma coisa.
Ex.: She uses many vegetables to make the salad. Ela usa muitos vegetais para fazer a salada.
He uses a pen to write. Ele usa uma caneta para escrever.
