I've worked with marketing for a few months, as a trainee.

Acredito que levaria o caso para alguém que me ajudaria a denunciar, como um superior.

Sim, eu não sou fluente, mas sim, consigo me comunicar. Ainda estou aprendendo inglês, porém já
consigo conversar e escrever em inglês, apesar de ainda ter precisado usar muito.

My name is Gustavo Cardozo, I’m 24 years old and I live in Braz de Pina, Rio de Janeiro.
2- What is your previous experience regarding this position?
I never worked in the marketing area before, but I've worked on many communication projects,
involving design and the relationship between public and product.
3- Mention a weakness and a strength.
Insecurity is my greatest weakness, I’m very afraid to risking. However, I'm very dedicated, this is my
greatest strength.
4- How do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
This Is a hard question, but basically, I see myself with enough knowledge in the creative industry
and doing recognition campaigns.
5- What are your skills that best apply for this job?
I love everything that involves the creative industry. I’m a very creative person. I like to communicate
with people, and I have facilities with that. I'm a graphic design technician too.
6- Why do you think you fit our company?
Because Nubank has a distinct way of communicating its services. And it's amazing to see the
functionality of it. Bureaucratic and boring banking tasks can now be done quickly and fun.
7- What would you do if you face a case of discrimination in the workplace?
Ask for help from someone I trust.

Maybe take more attention to the small details.
9- What is the most difficult part of this job to you?
I guess the high visibility of projects. It is a gigantic responsibility

Yes, although I am not fluent in English, I am very dedicated. I wake up 5am every Saturday to study
English at CLAC, and every week I learn more.
