RESUMO

Objetivo: Verificar o conhecimento das profissionais da equipe de saúde

bucal sobre Planejamento em Saúde comparando suas respostas antes e após
a realização de oficinas de Planejamento Local no Centro de Especialidades
Odontológicas (CEO), assim como, caracterizar o perfil das participantes.
Metodologia: Foi aplicado um questionário sobre planejamento em saúde
baseado no instrumento de avaliação externa do Programa Nacional de
Melhoria do Acesso e da Qualidade dos CEO (PEMAQ-CEO) com profissionais
de saúde bucal antes e depois de uma oficina de planejamento local em saúde.
Resultados: Observou-se que as participantes não souberam responder a
frequência de utilização do planejamento pelas gestões, mas é reconhecido
que o planejamento contribui para tomada de decisão, melhoria dos serviços e
promove integração entre os atores. Após a oficina, identifica-se a utilização
desta ferramenta. Além disso, foi verificado que a equipe é pouco convocada
para reuniões de discussão do planejamento. No segundo momento, 80% das
participantes afirmaram que a equipe realiza avaliação das ações e
monitoramento das análises das metas estabelecidas. Conclusão: As oficinas
de planejamento local alcançaram resultados positivos na equipe de saúde
bucal do CEO e possibilitaram uma maior integração entres os atores. Com
isso, criou-se um espaço de discussão e qualificação profissional, propondo um
empoderamento e protagonismo quanto à utilização do planejamento nos
serviços. No entanto, nota-se que ainda é necessário uma maior integração
entre a equipe, visando resultados mais sólidos e duradouros para o serviço.

 ABSTRACT

Objective: To verify the familiarity of dental health professionals about

Health Planning comparing their responses before and after the Local Planning
workshops at the Center of Dental Specialties (CEO), as well as to characterize
the profile of the participants. Methodology: A questionnaire on health planning
was applied based on the external evaluation instrument of the National
Program for Improving Access and Quality of CEOs (PEMAQ-CEO) with oral
health professionals before and after a local health planning workshop.
Results: It was observed that the participants did not know the frequency of
use of the planning by the management, but it is recognized that the planning
contributes to decision making, improvement of the services and promotes
integration among the actors. After the workshop, the use of this tool is
identified. In addition, it was verified that the team is not convened for planning
discussion meetings. In the second moment, 80% of the participants stated that
the team performs evaluation of the actions and monitoring the analysis of the
goals established. Conclusion: The local planning workshops achieved
positive results in the oral health team of the CEO and allowed for greater
integration among the actors. With this, a space of discussion and professional
qualification was created, proposing an empowerment and protagonism
regarding the use of the planning in the services. However, it is noted that there
is still a need for greater integration among the team, aiming at more solid and
long-lasting results for the service.
