Abstract:
This paper describes the consumer relationship management in the construction
industry of Florianópolis. The survey identified contact points between clients and the
building companies and how the contact occurs, in situations such as the product
exposition, negotiations, real estate adaptation, delivery, maintenance and pos
occupancy evaluation.
