Eu amo decorar os quartos dos meus meninos no que eles mais

amam. Para meu filho mais novo, isso significa tudo super-herói,

Um tempo atrás, vi uma prateleira do Batman à venda e pensei:

“Eu poderia construir isso!” Então eu fiz, e agora VOCÊ PODE!

O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA PARA CONSTRUIR SUA PRATELEIRA DO

BATMAN DIY:

1. WEN Scroll Saw ou Ryobi Jig Saw

2. Contraplacado, usei FirPly 11 mm que comprei no meu
Home Depot local.
3. Furadeira ou chave de fenda. Esta broca Bosch é o que
eu uso em todos os projetos que faço e ADORO! Um bom
exercício é difícil de vencer.
4. Broca
5. Lixa de grão médio para as bordas.
6. Tinta preta
7. Ganchos de parafuso de 1,5 polegadas. Eu usei prata antes
de encontrar esses ganchos pretos legais.
8. ESTENCIL GRÁTIS no final desta postagem.
9. Parafusos e cabides para fotos de qualquer tipo. Eu usei
um gancho de 5 polegadas carrasco que é super forte e
fácil de instalar.
10. Lápis, fita adesiva, fita métrica, nível, tesoura, pincel ... os
suprimentos habituais “pela casa” 😉

PASSO UM:

Imprima e recorte o Stencil GRÁTIS que tenho para você na

parte inferior deste post.

PASSO DOIS:

Junte o estêncil de modo que as asas do morcego fiquem

alinhadas e prenda-o com fita adesiva. Rastrear, virar, rastrear

novamente.

PASSO TRÊS:

Certifique-se de deixar um pedaço de sua placa para a

prateleira. Medi a largura do batman que tracei, menos meia
polegada e esse era o comprimento da minha prateleira. Para a
profundidade, fiz 2,5 cm.

Corte a prateleira primeiro. Não o fiz, e isso tornou a rolagem do

símbolo do Batman um pouco mais difícil. Cortar a prateleira
com uma serra de mesa teria sido bom, mas usei minha serra em
espiral e lixei todas as imperfeições depois.

ETAPA QUATRO:

Corte o símbolo do Batman com paciência, por favor! Eu digo

isso porque estou muito impaciente e tive que me atrasar em
várias curvas rs!

ETAPA CINCO:

Eu adicionei cantos arredondados à minha prateleira e dei uma

olhada para ver se tinha um bom comprimento em cima do
símbolo do batman.

ETAPA SEIS:

Sand down all the edges. Then with a damp cloth wipe away all
the saw dust and let dry.

STEP SEVEN:

Figure out the color you will use and start painting!

If you want to try another color I did consider blue paint, blue
stain, gold paint & brown stain. But in the end, with my sons
superhero room decor, black was the best option for me.

Black paint: This is where I would like to suggest you do NOT

use the black paint I used (Rust-Oleum). It is a super thick paint
and I had a hard time keeping it smooth. If I could do it again I
would use black acrylic crafting paint and then spray it

with Rust-Oleum Varathane Spray, Gloss Finish I have used

this product before and LOVE it! Otherwise find another black
paint at the hardware store.

STEP EIGHT:

It’s time to add the shelf.

To make things easier mark where it will go and then pre-drill

some holes into the shelf and through the front of the batman
symbol.

Then attach the shelf with some screws!

STEP NINE:

Time for the dreaded hooks. OK, I didn’t dread them until I was
installing the buggers. My fingers were turning all sorts of painful
pink until I came up with this simple trick! I highly
recommend checking it out!

STEP TEN:

Add the hanging tools of your choice to the back. Since this is for
my sons room I wanted something that wouldn’t rip out of the
wall in the first week. I chose to use this Heavy Duty Hangman
Picture Hanger and I am so thankful I did! It is sturdy and
simple to install.

That’s it.

This is totally cool. I like the yellow background especially.

Thank you so much for the stencil! I haven’t tried it yet, but
have been trying to find one that I could adjust to different
sizes for various projects but I really have no idea of how
to create a template or make it different sizes. Perhaps you
have a suggestion?I also really like the eraser trick with the
screw hooks!

adjust the size of the photo you wish to print.
I would suggest checking out the extra
settings before you print.
