ESTILO DE LIDERANÇA NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES

Nowadays, being a good employee is not enough to keep you in a job, it takes more,
you have to know how to lead. The paper presents the definitions of leadership under
the vision of renowned authors, the leadership styles that exist, and which ones are
considered ideal for leading a given sector in a company, it presents levels of
institutional, intermediate and operational leadership and stands out the Importance
of leadership in an organization. As it is difficult to identify a type of leader for each
sector, a research was carried out and a field study is presented with the employees
of a metallurgical company, identifying the type of ideal leader for the sector that they
work for. Having an ideal leader is important in keeping a team motivated.
