RESUMO

A pesquisa aborda como foi realizado o acesso à Justiça virtual no Centro Judiciário de
Soluções de Conflitos e Cidadania do Fórum Desembargador Jairon Maia Fernandes em
Maceió/AL durante o período da pandemia do Covid-19. No campo empírico, a
pesquisa analisou o quantitativo de audiências e acordos realizados pelo setor durante o
período de março de 2020 a abril de 2021, tendo como marco inicial a resolução nª 18
de 26 de maio de 2020 do Tribunal de Justiça de Alagoas que suspendeu as atividades
presenciais nos Fóruns alagoanos. Buscou-se também averiguar a forma que o Tribunal
de Justiça do Estado de Alagoas adaptou-se durante o período de serviços remotos
imposto pelo isolamento social que buscou conter a proliferação do Covid-19 no Brasil.
A pesquisa apresentou dois caminhos metodológicos inseparáveis: um teórico, por meio
de estudos de textos sobre temas referentes ao acesso à Justiça, os Métodos Consensuais
de Solução de Conflitos e a utilização de instrumentos tecnológicos em audiências pelos
Tribunais de Justiça do Brasil, e outro empírico, com análise de dados estáticos,
coletados no órgão do Fórum da capital alagoana, responsável por realizar as audiências
de Mediação e Conciliação virtual durante a pandemia do Covid-19 que possibilitou
analisar o quantitativo de audiências e acordos mensais celebrados pelo CEJUSC do
Fórum da Capital Alagoana. Os conteúdos foram analisados com as ferramentas
metodológicas da análise de conteúdo.

ABSTRACT

The research addresses how access to virtual justice was performed at the Judiciary
Center for Conflict and Citizenship Solutions of the Desembargador Jairon Maia
Fernandes Forum in Maceió/AL during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the
empirical field, the research analyzed the number of hearings and agreements made
by the sector during the period from March 2020 to April 2021, having as its starting
point the resolution No. 18 of May 26, 2020 of the Court of Alagoas, which suspended
the in-person activities at the Forums of Alagoas. It was also sought to investigate the
way the Court of Justice of the State of Alagoas adapted during the period of remote
services imposed by the social isolation that sought to contain the proliferation of
Covid-19 in Brazil. The research presented two inseparable methodological paths: a
theoretical one, through studies of texts on topics related to access to justice,
Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution and the use of technological instruments in
hearings by the Courts of Justice of Brazil, and an empirical one , with analysis of static
data, collected at the Forum in the capital of the State of Alagoas, responsible for
holding the Mediation and Virtual Conciliation hearings during the Covid-19 pandemic,
which made it possible to analyze the number of carried out audiences and monthly
agreements by the CEJUSC of the Capital Forum Alagoas. The contents were
analyzed using the methodological tools of content analysis.
