O QUE ACONTECEU:
WHAT HAPPENED:
Durante transferncia do cabo do guincho do topo do PPS (torre) para o mezanino, no momento em
que o cabo tencionou, o colaborador se desequilibrou e escorregou quando tentou usar o degrau da
plataforma como apoio, provocando choque da perna contra esse degrau, sofrendo uma leso cortocontusa.
During the transfer of the winch wire from the top of the Tower to the mezzanine, at the time the wire got
tensioned, the worker overbalanced and slipped when he tried to use the platform step as a support, causing leg
shock against that step, suffering a cut injury.

O QUE DEVEMOS FAZER PARA EVITAR:

WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO AVOID:

Realizar anlise de risco para atividade de passagem da extremidade do cabo do guincho do topo
do PPS at a mesa de trabalho e treinar todos os trabalhadores envolvidos neste tipo de atividade.
Perform risk assessment to conduct the winch wire end from the top of the Tower to the mezzanine and train
all workers involved in this type of activity.

Elaborar e divulgar procedimento para passagem da extremidade do cabo do guincho do topo do

PPS at a mesa de trabalho.
Prepare and disseminate procedure for conducting the winch wire end from the top of the Tower to the
mezzanine

Fazer abrangncia para todos os degraus semelhantes, visando a instalao de espelho em todos
os casos possveis.
Make coverage for all similar steps, aiming at the installation of mirror in all possible cases.
