Olá, sejam bem-vindos à nossa conversa!

Algumas instruções:

*Teremos tradução simultânea do inglês para o português e vice-versa. Caso queira ativar
esse recurso, clicar no ícone em forma de Globo que aparece na barra inferior da tela. Escolher
português caso precise de tradução. Se não precisar, deixar no modo Off e você ouvirá tudo que
for falado em inglês e português. Se a qualquer momento você precisar de tradução, só clicar
no ícone do Globo e escolher o idioma que vc quer escutar.

*As perguntas ao final da apresentação, poderão ser feitas normalmente. Basta Levantar a Mão
e pedir pra falar. Esse recurso se encontra na barra de Chat que pode ser acionada clicando no
ícone do Balãozinho que também aparece na barra inferior.

*Seus microfones serão desativados automaticamente ao entrarem na sala e somente o

host ou moderador poderá ativar. Isso para evitar ruídos que possam prejudicar o bom
aproveitamento do encontro. Então, para fazer sua pergunta, caso queira, usar o recurso
Levantar Mão do Chat.

*O Host também poderá responder à questões técnicas, como onde está a câmera, microfone,
Globo, etc, respondendo sempre pelo Chat. Então qualquer coisa, escrevam na coluna do Chat.

*Importante que todos tenham atualizadas suas versões do Zoom Meeting pra PC e do
aplicativo do Zoom para celulares.

*Quem for entrar pelo celular, verá as opções Chat e Interpretação Simultânea ao clicar nos três
pontinhos na barra inferior à direita. Só clicar e ativar ambos.

Hello, welcome to our meeting!

Some instructions:

*We'll have simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese to English. If you want to
activate this feature, click on the Globe icon that appears in the bottom bar of the screen.
Choose Portuguese if you need translation to this language, or English if it might be the case at
some point of the conversation. If you don't need any of them, leave it on Off mode and you will
hear everything spoken in English and Portuguese, the so called "floor" audio. If at any moment
you need a translation, just click on the Globe icon and choose the language in which you want to
hear.
*The Q&A at the end of the presentation will work normally. Just Raise your Hand and ask to
speak. This feature of Raise Hand is in the Chat bar that can be activated by clicking on the
Balloon icon that also appears in the bottom bar.

*Your microphones will be disabled automatically upon entering the room and only the Host
and/or Moderator can activate. This is to avoid noise that could impair the comprehension of
the speaker's presentation. So, to make your question, if you want, use the Raise Hand Chat
feature and the Moderator will tell you when to speak.

*The Host will also be able to answer technical questions, such as where is the camera,
microphone, Globe, etc., and they will always be answered via Chat. So, if you need help, write in
the Chat.

*Important - Everyone must have updated versions of Zoom Meeting for PC and the Zoom app
for mobile phones.

*Whoever accesses with their mobiles, will see the options Chat and Simultaneous Interpretation
by clicking on the three dots, extreme right of the bottom bar. Just click and activate both.
