ABSTRACT
Depression is characterized by "depressed mood and / or sadness, loss of interest,
anecdotal, isolation, changes in weight and / or sleep, feelings of hopelessness,
suicidal thoughts and a pessimistic view of recurring events." By the end of the
twentieth century, the expression of suffering through depressive processes and their
potential relationships with work in the treatment of health and work has become a
matter of social, organizational and personal concern. The present work will bring
together researches from the scientific literature that contain indicating an effective
treatment for depression when it is caused by factors of services. Emphasizing the
Cognitive Restructuring technique found in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. The
present study concludes that CBT techniques are effective for the treatment of
depression and that cognitive restructuring is among the most effective. Further
studies are needed that demonstrate major depressive comorbidities in workers and
possible causes for better understanding.

outros quadros mais sutis caracterizado por amargura e
conformismo, ou os sintomas podem vir mascarados com queixas
