FATO RELEVANTE

A MOVIDA PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A (“Movida” ou “Companhia”), em atenção ao disposto no

parágrafo 4º do artigo 157 da Lei nº 6.404/76 e na Instrução CVM nº 358/02, informa aos seus
acionistas e ao mercado em geral que a Companhia divulgará projeções operacionais e financeiras
esperadas até o ano de 2025, constantes em sua apresentação pública a ser exibida no evento
direcionado a investidores (“SIMPAR Day”), a se realizar nesta data, às 9 horas.

A Administração da Movida acredita que os seguintes objetivos podem ser atingidos até 2025:

MATERIAL FACT

MOVIDA PARTICIPAÇÕES SA (“Movida” or “Company”), in compliance with the provisions of

paragraph 4 of article 157 of Law No. 6,404 / 76 and CVM Instruction No. 358/02, informs its
shareholders and the market in general that the The Company will release operational and financial
projections expected by the year 2025, included in its public presentation to be shown at the event
directed to investors (“SIMPAR Day”), to be held on this date, at 9 am.
