A Enauta Participações S.A. (“Enauta”, “Companhia”, B3:ENAT3), em linha com as melhores práticas de
governança corporativa, informa que, em março de 2023, a produção total da Companhia atingiu 452,7 mil
barris de óleo equivalente (boe), ou produção média diária de 14,6 mil boe. No trimestre, a média diária
foi de 15,4 boe. Este volume inclui óleo e gás, conforme indicado nas tabelas abaixo.

O poço 7-ATL-5H-RJS (“5H”) do Campo de Atlanta iniciou a sua produção no dia 27 de março, estabilizada
em cerca de 15 mil bbl/d. A produção total desse Campo é atualmente de 21,5 mil bbl/d.
Em relação ao poço 7-ATL-2HP-RJS (“2HP”), a instalação da nova bomba no leito marinho, e, a consequente
retomada da produção do 2HP, está prevista para ocorrer ao longo do mês de abril.
Adicionalmente, a Altera Infrastructure (“Altera”), proprietária e operadora do FPSO Petrojarl I (“FPSO”),
realizará uma manutenção preventiva na planta de processo do FPSO, a partir de meados de maio, com a
consequente interrupção da produção, por cerca de 30 dias. Neste período, a Enauta e a Altera anteciparão
serviços da parada obrigatória inicialmente planejada para o mês de agosto.

Enauta reports March 2023 production

Enauta Participações S.A. (“Enauta,” “Company,” B3:ENAT3”), in line with the best corporate governance
practices, hereby informs that the Company’s total production reached 452.7 thousand barrels of oil
equivalent (boe) in March 2023, or average daily production of 14,600 boe. In the quarter, the average daily
production was 15,400 boe. This volume includes oil and gas, as shown in the tables below.

The well 7-ATL-5H-RJS (“5H”) of the Atlanta field started its production on March 27 th, stabilized at around
15,000 bbl/d. The total production of the field is currently 21.5 thousand bbl/d.
Regarding well 7-ATL-2HP-RJS (“2HP”), the installation of the new pump on the seabed, and the consequent
resumption of 2HP production, is expected to occur throughout the month of April.
Additionally, Altera Infrastructure (“Altera”), owner and operator of the FPSO Petrojarl I (“FPSO”), will carry
out a preventive maintenance on the FPSO process plant starting in mid-May, resulting in a production
shutdown of approximately 30 days. During this period, Enauta and Altera will bring forward services from
the mandatory shutdown initially planned for August.
