confiabilidade e elevada
capacidade.

A mquina dotada de um
movimento vibratrio
impresso por uma massa
excntrica que impede o
depsito de material sobre
as tremonhas ou sobre
outras partes da mquina.

having a difficult
flowing.

The machine has a

vibratory movement, set
by an eccentric mass,
preventing the deposit of
material on the hoppers
or other parts of the
machine.

O amortecimento realizado
com quatro suportes em
borracha natural fixados
diretamente ao solo. Sobre
ambos os lados esto
presentes duas amplas
portas, abrveis somente
com chaves por motivos de
segurana, que permitem
a inspeo e a rpida
substituio do tecido
peneirante.
O rotor montado
sobre rolamentos
autocompensadores dupla
fila de rolos, calculados para
uma elevadssima durao.
A mquina fabricada a eixo
horizontal com uma rosca
canalizadora na entrada
para distribuir o fluxo de
produto. O rotor dotado de
batedores que impulsionam
o produto sobre a superfcie
do manto em fibra sinttica
e simultaneamente o fazem
avanar at a descarga do
rechao.
Uma srie de paletas
frenantes regulveis por
fora, com a mquina em
trabalho, permitem otimizar a
peneirao variando o tempo
de permanncia do produto
na mquina.
Esta regulao facilita
tambm a passagem de um
gro soft a um hard sem
substituir o tecido peneirante.
O produto peneirado
recolhido por duas
tremonhas distintas a fim de
obter a separao da farinha
de primeira qualidade da
outra de qualidade inferior.

It is isolated by means of
four supports made of
natural rubber fixed
directly to the ground. On
each side there are two
large doors, for easy
inspection and
replacement of the
bolting cloth. For safety
reason, the doors can
only be key-opened.
The rotor is assembled
on a revolving bearing
with a double row of
rollers, designed to last
for a long time.
The machine is built on a
horizontal axis with a
worm conveyor at the
inlet for evenly
distributing the product
flow. The rotor is
equipped with beaters
which drag the product
onto the surface of the
synthetic fibre cover and
at the same time let the
product advance until the
tailings are discharged.
A series of externally
adjustable braking
paddles, which can be
set while the machine is
in operation, optimise
sifting by varying the
time the product remains
in the machine. The
adjustment helps the
sifting from soft to hard
grits without having to
change the bolting cloth.
The sifted material is
unloaded via two distinct
hoppers to separate the
first quality flour from
flour of inferior quality.
