seleo retirando gros
vazios, palhas, p, etc. Com
a chegada do p segunda e
terceira peneira, iniciada a
fase de descarga das pedras
e da frao de gro pesado
sobre o plano de trabalho
inferior, enquanto pedras e
pedaos de terra saem pela
descarga.
A frao de gro pesado
expulsa pela descarga do
plano de trabalho inferior,
aquela do gro leve por
aquela superior. O gro
leve, operando sobre a
abertura das malhas da
segunda e terceira peneira,
pode ser variado, por
exemplo, de 2-3% a 20-25%.

This allows for the air flow to
carry out the first separation
which is the removal of the
light husks, straws and dust.
The arrival of stock at the
second and third sieves,
after the prestratification has
taken place on the first sieve,
marks the beginning of the
discharge of stones from the
heavy product over the lower
deck, where stones and
particles of earth are directed
upwards to the discharge.
The heavy grain fraction is
discharged from its proper
outlet of the lower deck while
the light grain fraction is
discharged from the outlet at
the upper deck.
The light grain fraction
(depending on the mesh
opening of the second and
third sieve) can vary from
2-3 % up to 20 - 25% of the
machine capacity.
