so as caractersticas mais
interessantes:
- possui dois
compartimentos de trs
fileiras de peneiras de
dimenses de 750x500mm
(mod. BS II 75) ou
500x500mm (mod. BS II 50).
- permite elevadssimos
rendimentos na limpeza das
smolas e dos granulados,
com um baixo consumo de
ar.

A sassora BIG SWING

II aplicou o conceito de
higiene ao mximo grau.
Os dois compartimentos de
peneiras so distanciados
entre si 156mm. Os
condutos de alimentao e
os coletores de aspirao
so de forma arredondada.
O ngulo lateral, a
dimenso dos recolhedores
abaixo das peneiras e a
entrada do ar simtrica
sobre os dois lados no
permitem a sada do
produto.

The BIG SWING II purifier

is the latest result of an
extensive research and
development program
undertaken by the
technical department of
the Sangati Berga S/A.
Important features:
- it has two separate
bodies each having three
sieve levels with sieve
sizes of 750 x 500 mm.
(model BS II 75) or a
sieve sizes of 500 x 500
mm. (model BS II 50).
- it provides a high
level of efficiency in the
processing of both durum
semolina, hard wheat and

soft wheat stocks, and

provides energy efficient
low air consumption.
The BIG SWING II
purifier was developed
with priority given to a
high level of sanitation.
The distance between
the two sieves shoes
is 156mm. Exhaust
channels on the
machine are all tapered
and fitted with free air
inlets to ensure through
clean out and no buildup
of stock.

are designed so that no

material buildup takes place
on the corners directly
above the outlets. Exhaust is
provided from the air channel
directly to the back of the
machine feeder.
These doors are hinged
for security reasons, and
the guide originally used
on the previous generation
machine has been eliminated
to prevent dust buildup and
contamination.
BIG SWING II is easy
to check, either during
operation or while stopped for
maintenance purposes.
Access to and disassemble of
the various product distribution
devices on the machine have
been increased, and the
exhaust chamber on top of
the unit is made of transparent
plexiglass for easy inspection
by operators.
Over tails spouting position is
indicated on the machine body
and clearly visible.
Sieves can be removed and
changed even when the
machine is working.

selection of machines for
given stock quantities.
Sieve cleaning is by balls
or brushes. The sieves are
completely manufactured in
extruded aluminum profiles.
The infeed hopper, sieve
section and aspiration
channel are all on one
commom vibratory drive.
This ensures thorough clean
out of the aspiration channels
and eliminates completely
any possible buildup of stock
in the aspiration channel
to ensure an infestation
free, and highly sanitary
installation.
