Aquellos que sí consumen leche se conocen como lactovegetarianos, aquellos que consumen huevos son
denominados ovovegetarianos, si consumen ambos productos, ovolactovegetarianos, quienes ni se alimentan de
nada animal ni usan productos provenientes o testados en ellos, se denominan veganos. Finalmente, quienes solo se
alimentan de fruta practican el frugivorismo.

Europa se ha convertido en una sociedad multicultural. En los diferentes países de la

Unión Europea residen diversos grupos culturales y étnicos y España no es la
excepción. Basta con que observemos nuestro entorno cotidiano para darnos cuenta,
cada día más, de esta realidad que nos abre nuevos escenarios tanto multiculturales,
como multiétnicos, multilingües e incluso multirreligiosos. Todos los seres humanos,
donde sea que vivan, habitan en un mundo multicultural. En general, percibimos la
idea de la diferencia de una manera más clara y rápida. Pensamos en personas que
vienen de otros países, pero también es necesario prestar atención a lo que sucede
dentro de nuestras fronteras geográficas, ya que también nos sentimos diferentes de
las personas que nacieron y viven en nuestro país, pero cuyas culturas y formas de
vida son, hasta cierto punto, diferentes a las nuestras. Y ese es el gran desafío, el
principal desafío: descubrir cómo vivir e interactuar con la diferencia de una manera
creativa.

primera se refiere a la coexistencia o “convivencia” en un mismo territorio físico

de beneficios para las personas ya que les ha enseñado a ser más tolerantes, a ponerse
en el lugar del prójimo, han aprendido y conocido otra música, otra gastronomía y
todo esto, casi sin moverse de su barrio.

conexión por voz con otros dispositivos que evite incluso llegar a tocar la pantalla de
nuestro móvil, ese aparato que ahora mismo nos parece que sirve para todo. Las
invenciones tecnológicas de una y otra manera han mejorado nuestra calidad de vida,
pero lo más importante es que junto con este desarrollo tecnológico se ha cambiado
la mentalidad de millones de personas, quizás con una nueva visión del mundo, ya no
de acaparar ideas y conocimientos, sino de compartirlos y realizarlos en común.
