CRIATIVOS
Economia e criatividade em Angola, Cabo Verde,
Guiné-Bissau, Moçambique, São Tome e Príncipe
e Timor Leste é o tema de um conjunto de
actividades desenvolvidas pela ACEP, em parceria
com organizações e pessoas daqueles países,
ao longo dos últimos 4 anos, com o objectivo
de conhecer e valorizar a inovação e a criatividade
como factores de desenvolvimento e de que esta
edição é um dos resultados tangíveis.
Sabemos que a criatividade e a inovação estão
cada vez mais na base da valorização de recursos
endógenos e ate identitários, de descoberta
de novas soluções para uma multiplicidade de
desafios: referimo-nos em particular aos que
são colocados pela urbanização acelerada e pela
necessidade de criação de oportunidades para
jovens e maior igualdade na inserção das mulheres
no trabalho e nas comunidades, pela exclusão de
populações rurais envelhecidas, pela necessidade
de gerir os recursos de forma sustentada, de
valorização de culturas nacionais, recorrendo
as inovações da ciência e da técnica, pela
necessidade de construir bases de relacionamento
com o mundo mais equilibradas e justas.
