Comunicado ao Mercado

O BANCO PAN S.A. (“Companhia”), em cumprimento ao disposto no artigo 12 da Instrução da Comissão

de Valores Mobiliários nº 358, de 3 de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada (“Instrução CVM 358”),
comunica seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral, que recebeu a correspondência anexa do acionista
GIC Private Limited (“GIC”), informando que passou a deter 30.432.182 (trinta milhões, quatrocentas e
trinta e duas mil, cento e oitenta e duas) ações preferenciais, representando 5,56% do total das ações
preferenciais da Companhia. Tal percentual foi obtido com a liquidação da oferta pública de distribuição
secundária com esforços restritos de colocação de ações preferenciais da Companhia, ocorrida no dia 1º
de setembro de 2020, e não alteram a composição do controle ou a estrutura administrativa da
Companhia.

other shares, rights over shares, other securities, or financial derivative instruments
referenced to shares on Banco PAN S.A. as of today.

Please be informed that our interest in Banco PAN S.A. extends only as far as
maintaining a diversified trading portfolio. As such, we have no interest in altering the
composition of the control or administrative structures of Banco PAN S.A.

Furthermore, at the date hereof, we are not a party to any agreement or contract
regulating the right to vote regarding the securities issued by Banco PAN S.A.
