Este artigo contextualiza a criação do videoclipe The Omega Neocortex, faixa do CD Neocortex
Plug-in da banda Posthuman Tantra.
This article gives context to the creation of the video clip The Omega Neocortex, a track from
the album Neocortex Plug-in of the band Posthuman Tantra. It underlines theoretical and media
references that were used as basis for the creation of the comic, and also its poetic and esthetic
intentions. The video is inserted in the context of the transmedia fictional universe Aurora Pós-
humana (Posthuman Dawn), a sci-fi world inspired by technological advances in the fields of
biotechnology, nano-robotics and virtual reality, as well as by techno-gnostic manifestations that
arise together with the techno-scientific development.
