Território negro: a memória da subalternidade em Itaqui-RS

RESUMO

O presente trabalho foi desenvolvido dentro do Núcleo Afrobrasileiro e Indígena (NEABI) Diva Rodrigues,
UNIPAMPA, campus Itaqui-RS. Objetiva observar o quanto a população preta e parda Itaquiense foi colocada,
historicamente, às margens do processo de desenvolvimento.  A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa exploratória e
descritiva, além de  fontes  bibliográficas da historiografia local/regional, utilizando-se da história oral e buscando,
junto a comunidade negra, elementos para entender os mecanismos utilizados historicamente para que estes corpos
passem a viver em condição subalterna. Os pressupostos teóricos de Anibal Quijano, Fanon, Rogério Hasbaert, entre
outros, foram utilizados a fim de expor os tipos de colonialidade existentes e a necessidade de pensarmos epistemes
para superá-las, a exemplo a educação para as relações étnico racial de Kabengele Munanga, Silvio Almeida entre
outros. Observamos que há pertinência nas inquietações no que se refere a colonialidade do poder, saber e do ser, e
alertamos  quanto à urgência da desconstrução como mecanismo de entendimento das realidades e dos seus discursos
com o propósito de erradicar a produção e a reprodução de subalternidades.

ABSTRACT

The present work was developed within the Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Nucleus (NEABI) Diva Rodrigues,
UNIPAMPA, Itaqui-RS campus. It aims to demonstrate the population and the population of Itaquiense pre-
development regarding the development, historically, on the margins of the process. The methodology used was an
exploratory and descriptive research, in addition to bibliographic sources of local/regional historiography, using oral
history and seeking, together with the black community, elements to understand the mechanisms used historically for
these bodies to start living in conditions subordinate. The concepts of thought of Anibal Quino, Fanon, Rogério, others,
were used as an end to existing types of coloniality and the need to think more epistemes to overcome them, an example
of education for ethnic racial relations by Kabengele Muna, Silvio Almeida among others. We observe that there is
relevance in the concerns regarding the coloniality of power, knowledge and being, and regarding the urgency of
deconstruction as a mechanism for understanding the realities and their discourses with the purpose of eradicating the
production and reproduction of subalternities.
